Security forces carried out repeated enforcement operations against illegal construction facilities near the village of Salfit
Translated Text:
🔹 Security forces carried out repeated enforcement operations against illegal construction facilities established in an area subject to a military closure order, near the village of Salfit, from which acts of violence and illegal activities have repeatedly emanated.
🔹 Israeli rioters set fire to car tires and placed barricades on main roads in the area with the aim of preventing the forces from accessing the site to carry out enforcement operations. As a result, main roads and routes were closed for hours during the morning, causing disruption to the daily life of residents in the area and citizens of the State of Israel, and leading to closures and traffic congestion along the roads in the region. Security forces removed the barricades and completed the enforcement operations.
🔹 During the activity, dozens of rioters engaged in physical and verbal violence against the security forces, despite the forces' efforts to avoid physical confrontations.
🔹 The forces arrested 18 suspects on charges of assaulting security forces and obstructing their work, and seized several vehicles, one of which was found to contain flammable materials, assault tools, and a pepper spray canister. The detainees were transferred for investigation by the police of the Judea and Samaria Division.
