The reason that we don't arrest the crew - aside from the risk to our own guys, one of whose lives is priceless compared to the TdA minions - is that given the way our system works, there's a better than even chance that nothing happens to them.

Even if they should somehow go to prison (assuming some moron judge doesn't just let 'em go in the first place) they're going to be getting three hots and a cot while making many new friends among the like-minded fellas in there with them. They'll have access to lawyers (which we get to pay for), medical care (ditto), education (ditto) while they become celebrities. The world will condemn us for our cruelty while you are praised for fighting for their release.

Ain't happenin' Gus. Dead druggies whose grave is the deep blue sea sends a most powerful message: this shit can get you killed, and for nothing. We let it go way too long, and that's on us. Don't complain now that we're finally punching back, that could really get you in a world of hurt. You'd do well to disentangle yourself from Maduro, but TBH Gus - I don't think you're that smart.

Bad moon rising, Gus - make the right call while you still got a chance.
