4 The judges are the Mueller investigation for the second term. It is a harassing tactic. What we will begin to see is more and more of the cases being dropped before the Supreme Court has a chance to rule on them. The more cases that actually generate Supreme Court rulings, the more bricks are added to the wall against judicial activism. Their strategy is self-defeating. They are accelerating the total number of Clarence Thomas rulings before he retires.
