Unlikely, that would set a precedent in the Federal government no one involved wants to see set. Long term we would see investigations into EVERY pardon when control of either house of Congress or the Presidency changes hands.

3 'Eh, those pardons that was actually and proven to have been signed by Biden himself should stand, just have to show him signing and showing the pardons on dated and verified videos.

Those orders and pardons that was signed by auto-pen or otherwise cannot be shown to have Biden actual signature should be nullified!

4 No, we should fix this problem not in the past, but in the future. Pass a law that describes the process of providing a pardon under Congress' necessary and proper authority.

"Every Presidential pardon to come into effect must be published in the federal register during the incumbency of the President signing the pardon, can only have effect upon offenses prior to that date of publication, and has no effect on federal civil cases, nor cases brought under the jurisdiction of any non-federal entity."
