Think of the over 29,000+ Sat's and pieces of Space Junk already in orbit.

According to space experts, the odds of any person on earth being hit by space debris is about 1 in 10,000.

So, so the question becomes.
How many will fall, or get knocked out of orbit by say a usual meteor and fall in the next 10+ years?
