2 Pretty sure the Ma Deuce wasn't legally owned - those things cost a crazy amount of money to own legally. Not to mention the grenade launchers.

4 @2 Not that they are cheap, which is relative, but I have seen semi-auto versions of the M2 .50 caliber come up for sale on rare occasions.
