1 The biggest immigration into Colorado has always been from Texas. They bought out all the cheap housing, live in it for two weeks a year during ski season and leave no place for the working class to live. This is the worst in Aspen but it's everywhere. Ask any Coloradan, they despise Texans and you see it on bumper stickers and such.

It’s also horrible for non-millionaires in New York City and Los Angeles, or even elsewhere nearby — when my sister was in grad school in Santa Cruz, she rented an illegal trailer her landlord parked in the backyard and powered with an extension cord run from the main house because there were no apartments to be had. 3 Years ago I spent a weekend in Durango CO when my sister graduated from college. I noticed the motel we are at changed it rates from one day to the next. I asked the owner what made the rates change so frequently. He said,"It depends on how humid and nasty the weather is in Texas. The more reasons Texans have for visiting us, the more we'll charge."

Mostlikely sewage host was connected to a 'clean out" plug.

Many place were required by code to have an outside clan out plug for plumbers to run a snake through and keep the mess outside.

8 Back in the 90s it was CA immigrants that came and shot up the housing prices. Now it is TX and some CA. And yes, the locust effect has consumed CO due to this. It is not livable here anymore. Too expensive and to blue which means more taxes and regulations.

Businesses are already not coming here due to the above and some are starting to make noises to leave like they are in NY and CA.

Colorado is starting its way to a failed state due to the libtards.

12 As for the Californians, I have made this point many times in the past. Scratch a Californian and you're likely to find a New Yorker. It was immigrants from New York and illegal aliens in the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s that turned California blue. Bill Clinton had a lot to do with allowing illegal immigration from Mexico. That bastard did it on purpose. He knew what he was doing just like today's Democrats who want to leave the border wide open. California is that state that gave the world Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan. Neither of these great men could be elected to statewide office in today's California. But then, without Dominion voting machines, they might, especially after all the messes Newsom has made.
