Given the USA has approximately 1.2 million people that are 13 and older, in the United States with HIV.

PLUS !!!1 in 8 don't know it.

Why would Taxpayers be sending $$$$$$ anywhere to treat some other country's HIV?AIDS problem?

BTW: UNAIDS received $5.88 billion to address the Global HIV/AIDS issues.
Let them handle it... we have already done our part.
