2 My gut feeling is they're going to try to split the baby somehow. It'll sound like a win but with too many loopholes.

3 Yes Merc, you can thank the onerous Roberts for "baby splitting." As the grand arbiter, he appears to be of the belief that judicial decisions must fall somewhere down the middle of the road to achieve 'fairness' (liberal vs conservative politically) as opposed to what is actually right and wrong.
