3 Gunman is named as Carter Camacho, 18, of Smyrna, Georgia.

Officers recovered a Mossberg Model 88 12-gauge shotgun with serial number MV2154777, the affidavit said. The shotgun was loaded with seven rounds in the tube and one in the chamber, and the safety was off, according to the filing. Authorities also reported finding 17 additional rounds in a carrier attached to the stock.

After Camacho was handcuffed, he told officers his name was “Carter Comacho” and said he was there to talk to a member of Congress, the affidavit said.

Investigators traced his path back to the SUV and found a fixed-blade knife on the ground about 40 feet from the vehicle along his route, according to the filing.
