1 Great. Trump Administration is using the same lawfare they accused the Left of using against Trump.

Remember also that Powell, whom Trump appointed à la John Bolton, would still be a member of the Fed Board of Governors until 2028 should Powell decide to stay on.

I guess the DoJ doesn't have anything else better to do.
