2 Don't care for the logical implications of this idea:

If a) there is a God, and
b) Islam is His instrument to punish mankind

Then: Isn't it a sin to struggle against His punishment?

Now you know why they fed Soc the hemlock.

I much prefer the possible sin.

that's kind of old chestnut argument against determinism

if you think God punishes people for sinning by, for example, giving them pain, then taking pain med would be a sin --- this is one of the pillars of Christian Scientist theology
