1. Ukraine withdraws troops from a certain part of Donbas.
2. Russia undertakes not to introduce its forces there.
3. A buffer zone under the control of a UN contingent is created between the parties.
4. A similar mechanism is proposed for part of the Zaporizhzhia region, while maintaining Ukrainian jurisdiction.
5. A referendum and elections must be held in Ukraine.
6. The new government must amend the Constitution and enshrine the refusal to return the specified territories by force.

Either the Russians continue to grind away until they reach the Dniepr
or the Euros get tired of *bleep*ing with the Rus and they cut a deal.
At the moment, the Euros/NATO still appear enthusiastic, so the first option is more likely.
