[PhoenixNewTimes] It’s been a rough few months for Arizona Sen. Ruben Gallego. His best friend in Congress, former California Rep. Eric Swalwell, resigned after facing sexual harassment and misconduct allegations. Though Gallego denied knowledge of Swalwell’s alleged behavior, his close relationship with Swalwell has raised questions.
Politico reported that since launching his campaign for Senate in 2023, Gallego has used his leadership PAC and a joint PAC with Swalwell to fund recent luxury trips to the Super Bowl, Miami, Chicago, Disneyland and Disney World with his family.

The Phoenix media is relying on Politico to do the actual legwork on this. Gallego is claiming that all these luxury trips were campaign biz or fundraising which is obviously smoke but it may be a defense that will draw out the investigation by years.

* His NGO raked in close to $50+ Million over its life cycle.
*Al Gore's net worth is estimated to be around $325 million as of 2025. In 2000, Al Gore's net worth was estimated to be less than $2.5 million coming from his Federal salary and family properties. Or about $322 Million more now than when he was VP.
Plus he is now co-owner of a $1.4 billion company started around Environmental and Climate related investments.

Mamdani had substantial Jewish support and now it's Juden raus. NYC and Miami are diaspora strongholds.

His Jewish support was noisy, but if I recall correctly, something like 60% or 70% of NYC Jews voted for the other Democrat. The arguments within the community were passionate — and there’s been a lot of I told you so-ing from those who voted against.
