Al Nusra picked up some, Turkey picked up others for their sock puppet Syrian National Army used to harass the Kurds of Rojova (Syria) and more for the mercenary units they rented out to Libya. The rest are doing their bit harassing Iraq and Syria, or have decamped for Somalia (Jubaland) and Afghanistan (ISIS-K). Or the Kurds caught them and threw them in one of their prison camps until their home government greed to take them back. Or they were killed somewhere over the years. There was a lot of that — ISIS wives being multiply widowed with a bunch of kids by different daddies who may or may not have lived long enough to see his spawn hatched. |
