According to precise intelligence sources, air operations attributed to a unit described as “Air Eagle” struck a militia convoy on the Triangle axis in a sequence of four reported strikes, killing 55 foreign mercenaries and destroying about 60 combat vehicles.
A subsequent fifth strike targeted five trucks carrying ammunition and fuel, which ignited and were completely consumed; remaining vehicles reportedly fled and dispersed along the route. Sources say the strikes significantly degraded the militia’s mobility and logistics in Kordofan and Darfur. Independent verification of the casualty and damage figures was not available.

Canada’s intelligence chief revealed that authorities thwarted multiple assassination plots by Iran targeting individuals considered adversaries of Tehran.
Dan Rogers, director of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service, also said his agents had blocked attempts by Russia to illegally acquire Canadian goods and technologies.
Rogers, appointed in February, spoke as he presented an annual update on security challenges facing Canada. CSIS directors seldom appear in public.
His comments were the first confirmation that the agency has intervened to protect Canada-based critics of Iran. In August, CSIS had merely said it was probing Iranian threats.
"In particularly alarming cases over the last year, we’ve had to reprioritize our operations to counter the actions of Iranian intelligence services and their proxies who have targeted individuals they perceive as threats to their regime," Rogers said.
"In more than one case, this involved detecting, investigating, and disrupting potentially lethal threats against individuals in Canada," he continued, without giving details.

Canada is also a critic of Russia and its 2022 invasion of Ukraine. Rogers said illicit Russian procurement networks were trying to illegally acquire Canadian goods and technologies.
"This year, CSIS took action to prevent this by informing several Canadian companies that Europe-based front companies seeking to acquire their goods were in fact connected to Russian agents," he said, adding that the companies took immediate measures to deny the Russians.
Rogers also addressed the burgeoning issue of murderous Moslem violence in Canada, naming it as one of the security agency’s central challenges. He named several instances of plots targeting North American Jewish communities that the CSIS has managed to thwart.
"Only a few kilometers from this room, in late 2023 and early 2024, two 15-year-olds were arrested for allegedly conspiring to conduct a mass casualty attack targeting the Jewish community in Canada’s capital," he said.
Rogers went on to say that since 2022, the CSIS has been involved in the disruption of no fewer than 24 violent mostly peaceful murderous Moslem actions, naming one instance in which the agency arrested an individual who attempted to cross illegally into the US in order "to attack members of the Jewish community in New York."

[HindustanTimes] As the government called for a speedy probe in the Red Fort explosion, multiple detentions and raids at several locations have been carried out so far.
Days after the deadly explosion at Delhi's iconic Red Fort, multiple security agencies are working on the case as the investigation has led the cops to multiple cities and towns in north India, including J&K's Pulwama, Kanpur and Hapur in Uttar Pradesh and Nuh and Faridabad in Haryana.
On Friday, security forces in J&K razed down the house of Dr Umar Nabi in Pulwama's Koil village. DNA examination confirmed that Dr Umar was behind the wheels of the explosive-laden car that was used in the Red Fort blast that killed at least 10 and injured several others.
As the government called for a speedy probe in the incident, multiple detentions and raids at several locations have been carried out so far.
Here are top updates on the case:
Dr Umar Nabi's house demolished: House of Dr Umar Nabhi was demolished on Friday morning in Koil village of J&K's Pulwama district. Nabi worked as an assistant professor at Al Falah University in Faridabad and is said to be linked to Dr Muzammil Shakeel Ganaie and Dr Adeel Rather, who were arrested in Jammu and Kashmir last week and were accused of storing over 2,900 kgs of ammonium nitrate, detonators, timers, and assault rifles in Faridabad.
Five more detained: Two doctors and two staffers of Al-Falah University in Faridabad are among five new detentions in the case. These include two doctors in Uttar Pradesh – cardiologist Dr Mohammad Arif Mir, 32, from Kanpur, and Dr Farukh, a gynecologist from GS Medical College, Hapur – both originally from Jammu and Kashmir. The state’s Anti-Terror Squad (ATS) confirmed that both were picked up on suspicion of links to Dr Shaheen Shahid, the Lucknow-origin doctor arrested from Faridabad earlier this month. The investigators are also on the lookout for another doctor who visited Turkey with two other suspects. The detainees have been handed over to the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and shifted to Delhi for interrogation.
Al Falah Medical College under scanner: Al-Falah Medical College and its parent university in Faridabad are under probe and the investigators have sought records dating back to 2019 as part of the ongoing investigation into the Red Fort blast, HT earlier reported. NIA sleuths have demanded extensive details of hostel allocations, faculty recruitment, and financial transactions from Al-Falah University, which runs several educational and research institutions. The agency is specifically looking into whether the accused doctors –including blast suspect Dr Umar Un-Nabi and his associate Dr Muzammil Ganaie – exploited their positions to recruit others, raise funds, and coordinate logistics for the attack.
Nuh link emerges: Investigators tracking the origins of the explosives used in the blast have traced the procurement network to Basai Meo village in Haryana’s Nuh district and adjoining areas of Faridabad, Gurugram, and Saharanpur. The findings, officials told HT, reveal a complex chain of fertilizer and ammonium nitrate purchases allegedly orchestrated by Dr Nabi and his associates from the Faridabad module over the past several months. People familiar with the investigation said Umar and another suspect had posed as farmhouse owners while approaching fertilizer shops in Nuh, where they began purchasing NPK fertilizers in small quantities over the last three-four months. Senior officers said the module collectively raised ₹20 lakh to buy more than 26 quintals of NPK fertilizer and over 1,000kg of ammonium nitrate – materials powerful enough to make multiple bombs.
Fourth vehicle seized: Investigators have seized a silver Maruti Brezza in the ongoing probe. The vehicle was reportedly registered on September 25 this year under the name of Dr Shaheen Shahid and is the fourth to come under the scanner in the investigation. The others include the white Hyundai i20 (HR26 CE 7674) driven by Dr Umar Un-Nabi, which exploded outside Red Fort killing at least 10 people; a red Ford EcoSport found in a Faridabad village on Wednesday; and a Maruti Swift Dzire, also owned by Shahid, which was allegedly used by another accused, Dr Muzammil Ghanaie, to transport explosive materials.

Palestinian media reported several large explosions east of Khan Younis, on the Israeli side of the Yellow Line demarcating where the IDF is stationed in Gaza.

[GEO.TV] The Israeli military said its troops killed two suspected turbans in a town in the occupied West Bank on Thursday, while Paleostinian officials accused Israeli settlers of setting fire to a mosque in the territory.
"A short while ago, IDF soldiers who were operating adjacent to the community of Karmei Zur, eliminated two forces of Evil who were on their way to carry out a terror attack," the military said in a statement, without providing details.
Paleostinian authorities also did not provide any details.
"This blatantly violates the sanctity of places of worship and reflects the deep-rooted racism driving settlers under the protection of the occupying government," the ministry said.
The Ramallah-based Palestinian Authority health ministry announces without further details “the martyrdom of Bilal Bahaa Ali Baaran (15 years old) and Muhammad Mahmud Abu Ayash (15 years old), killed by bullets from the occupation this afternoon, Thursday, near Beit Omar, north of Hebron.”
The IDF said earlier today that troops killed two Palestinians who were “on their way to carry out a terror attack” near the West Bank settlement of Karmei Zur.
The military did not elaborate on what the two suspects were planning.
Some 50 members of a Hamas ..a contraction of the Arabic words for "frothing at the mouth",... network in the Bethlehem area of the West Bank were detained in a series of recent operations, the Shin Bet security agency announced on Thursday, saying they were planning to carry out imminent shooting attacks.
The security agency said that in cooperation with the Israel Defense Forces and Israel Police, it detained the members of the Hamas network in recent weeks during 15 or so separate arrest raids.
Several weapons used by the Hamas operatives, including an assault rifle, were also captured, the agency’s statement said.
According to the Shin Bet, the suspects’ interrogations revealed that the leaders of the Hamas network recruited and set up terror cells, procured weapons and planned to carry out shootings against Israeli security forces and civilians.
"One of the terror cells was at an advanced stage of readiness to carry out attacks in the immediate term," the agency said.
The Shin Bet said the arrests of the Hamas operatives "prevented major shooting and bombing attacks that could have resulted in significant [casualties]" among troops and civilians.
The investigation materials have been handed over to Military Prosecution to charge the suspects, the Shin Bet added.
In June, the Shin Bet announced that it had arrested over 60 Hamas operatives over the previous several months in one of the largest crackdowns on a West Bank terror network in recent years.

Police have opened only 60 investigations into settler violence this year, compared to 150 cases in 2024 and 235 cases in 2023, despite the number of attacks rising over that period.

“Earlier today, false Lebanese reports were published about an Israeli airstrike in the area of the village of Toul in southern Lebanon. After examining the reports, it was found that the car explosion resulted from a failed attempt by Hezbollah to smuggle weapons,” says Col. Avichay Adraee, the IDF’s Arabic-language spokesman.
He says that Hezbollah “continues to violate the understandings [between Israel and Lebanon], as its operatives move under civilian cover and endanger the residents of Lebanon.”
