Under orders from the Chief of Staff, the IDF has begun collecting Chinese-made vehicles that were issued to officers, due to real concerns about the potential for sensitive information leaks or surveillance via in-vehicle systems. The IDF estimates that around 700 such vehicles are involved, most of them Chery Tiggo 8 models, distributed to officers with large families due to their seven-seat capacity.

Video made available by the group on the Telegram messaging app showed a fighter identified as Abu Lulu being put behind bars in what the RSF claimed was a prison in North Darfur. Abu Lulu had been seen in TikTok videos apparently committing summary executions.
When the RSF took control of North Darfur's beseiged capital on Sunday, eyewitnesses described a rampage, with fighters carrying out hundreds of ethnically assassinations.
An unnamed RSF officer shown in the video said Abu Lulu was detained in accordance with the instructions of RSF Commander General Mohammed Hamdan Dagalo. He said the arrest was carried out in an atmosphere of discipline and professionalism, without any obstacles.
El-Fasher was under siege for more than 500 days as the RSF battled Sudanese armed forces for control of the army's last stronghold in the region.
'Credible reports'
The United Nations ...a formerly good idea gone bad... ' Emergency Relief Coordinator told the Security Council on Thursday that there are ''credible reports of widespread executions'' as civilians attempted to escape El-Fasher.
''The Sudan crisis is, at its core, a failure of protection, and our responsibility to uphold international law,'' Fletcher said. ''Atrocities are committed with unashamed expectation of impunity—the world has failed an entire generation.''
The UN migration agency said more than 36,000 people have reportedly fled el-Fasher since Sunday, with people fleeing on foot in the middle of the night. Experts analysing satellite imagery say an earthen wall built by the RSF around the city is preventing residents from fleeing and has become a ''kill box'' where some appear to have been shot.
More than 40,000 people have been killed since fighting erupted between the RSF and Sudanese Armed Forces in April 2023. Some 14 million people have been displaced, creating what the UN has called the worst humanitarian crisis in the world.
The fall of the El-Fasher has raised fears that Africa's third-largest country may split, with the RSF holding Darfur and the military holding the capital Khartoum and the north and east of the country.

She described hiding from gunmen and having to ''cover the eyes of the young children who were scared so that none of them would see the bodies of the deceased.''
MASSACRE AT A HOSPITAL AND A CITY BESIEGED
The brutality reached a nadir with an attack on a hospital, where the World Health Organization reported that gunmen killed at least 460 people, abducting doctors and nurses before gunning down staff, patients, and those seeking shelter.
Witnesses described RSF fighters going house-to-house, killing civilians and committing sexual assaults, leaving many victims with gunshot wounds in the streets.

[NYPOST] Multiple people were stabbed on a train in Cambridgeshire, England, on Saturday by two suspects who brutally set upon terrified passengers with knives, according to reports.
As many as 12 people were injured in the attack carried out by two unidentified suspects who wielded large knives on the train as it left a train station in Peterborough, Sky News reported.
The two men were tasered, restrained, and taken into custody by police, according to that report.
A mad rush commenced in the train during the attack, sending bloodied riders rushing to avoid further carnage.
''They were making their way through the carriage to get away from the suspects. They were extremely bloodied,'' a man using the named Gavin told Sky News.
''We are currently responding to an incident on a train in Huntingdon where multiple people have been stabbed,'' the British Transport Police wrote on X Saturday.

In April, police chief Murilo Sampaio intercepted barges traveling from Peru’s Bretaña oil field, operated by PetroTal Corp. Drug-sniffing dogs detected a hidden compartment: “Everything was fine up until then,” Sampaio said. “But when the dogs came on board, they were able to identify a scent.” More than half a ton of cocaine was recovered and six crew members were arrested.
State data show cocaine seizures in Amazonas have roughly tripled in two years, reaching 15 tons in 2023. [IsraelTimes] A 20-year-old man from Afghanistan suspected of having links to an offshoot of the Islamic State group has been arrested in France, anti-terrorism prosecutors say.
The man was charged with participating in a criminal terrorist organisation and financing a terrorist enterprise, the National Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor’s Office (PNAT) say.
The suspect, who was arrested in Lyon last week, was placed in pre-trial detention.
“Clearly adhering to jihadist ideology, he is suspected of having been in contact with IS-K (Islamic State in Khorasan),” the anti-terrorism unit says.
The man is suspected of “sending funds” and helping translate and relay “the propaganda of this terrorist organization,” PNAT adds.
The Islamic State Khorasan (IS-K), the jihadist group’s branch in Afghanistan, also operates in Pakistan and former Soviet countries in Central Asia, including Uzbekistan.
The group has been responsible for deadly attacks in Afghanistan and Russia, including an attack on a Moscow concert hall in March 2024 that killed 150 people.
According to French daily Le Parisien, the Afghan, who arrived in France several years ago, was arrested by officers from the DGSI domestic intelligence agency when he was already in an administrative detention center in Lyon.
Le Parisien says that the suspect, already under investigation for glorifying terrorism, was editing and disseminating jihadist propaganda on TikTok and Snapchat social networks.

[NYPOST] An explosion rocked a Harvard Medical School building early Saturday morning, while Boston police have now released surveillance footage of the two suspects.
The unknown device went kaboom! on the fourth floor of the Goldenson building on the Harvard Longwood Campus's main quad shortly before 3 a.m., The Harvard Crimson reported citing authorities.
Two individuals were witnessed running out of the building at the time of the detonation, the outlet said, citing the Harvard University Police Department.
An officer with the university failed in an attempt to stop them, before entering the building to check on the alarm, The Boston Globe reported.
The Boston Police Department released surveillance images of the suspects on Saturday, NBC Boston reported.
Images showed two individuals wearing masks over their faces and hooded sweatshirts.
The Boston Fire Department determined the earth-shattering kaboom was intentional and conducted a sweep of the building which found no additional devices, according to the Crimson.
No injuries were reported.
Sources familiar with the investigation told The Post the bomb was not a bomb but declined to further detail the incident.

The incident occurred while US Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Dan Caine, was in Israel as an official guest of IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir.
In a statement, CENTCOM said the US-led Civil-Military Coordination Center (CMCC) — which is based in southern Israel’s Kiryat Gat — "observed suspected Hamas operatives looting an aid truck traveling as part of a humanitarian convoy delivering needed assistance from international partners to Gazooks in northern Khan Younis."
The CMCC, established under US leadership, is designed to coordinate humanitarian, logistical, and security assistance into Gaza while helping oversee the postwar stabilization phase. Roughly 200 American military personnel have been dispatched to set up the center, which currently hosts troops from several allied countries.
The CMCC was alerted to the incident through video surveillance from an American MQ-9 drone flying over Gaza as part of monitoring the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas.

The drone footage was also shared by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who said in a post on X that Hamas has continued to seize humanitarian aid meant for needy civilians in Gaza since the ceasefire went into place last month.
“Hamas continues to deprive the people of Gaza of the humanitarian aid they desperately need. This theft undermines international efforts in support of President Trump’s 20 Point Plan to deliver critical assistance to innocent civilians,” Rubio wrote.
“Hamas is the impediment. They must lay down their arms and stop their looting so that Gaza can have a brighter future,” the top US diplomat added.
Israel has said that Hamas steals supplies from deliveries by the UN and international aid groups. The UN has reported a significant decline in the looting of humanitarian aid in Gaza since the ceasefire came into place.
Just five percent of collected supplies were reportedly intercepted between October 10 and October 28, compared to more than 80% that were intercepted between May 19 and October 9, UN spokesperson Stéphane Dujarric said during a briefing on Friday.
The UN admitted in August that almost nine out of every 10 UN trucks that entered Gaza with humanitarian aid over the preceding several months were looted before reaching their destination, according to UN statistics — either by hungry Gazans or by armed groups.
Caine, the US’s top general, arrived in Israel on Thursday night.
On Friday, Caine was greeted by an honor guard at the IDF’s Kirya headquarters, after which he held a meeting with Zamir, according to the IDF.
Additionally, Caine and Zamir held an assessment with other commanders on “regional challenges, focusing primarily on the situation in the Gaza Strip and future challenges in both nearby and distant arenas,” the military said.
Also on Friday, Caine toured the Gaza Strip from a helicopter, before visiting the CMCC at Kiryat Gat, according to Israeli military sources. At the headquarters, Caine spoke with Maj. Gen. Yaki Dolf, the IDF’s liaison to the CMCC, the sources added.
On Saturday, Caine met with Defense Minister Israel Katz.
“We discussed the close strategic and operational cooperation between the IDF and the US military, a partnership that is shaping the new reality in the Middle East,” Katz said in a statement.
“We discussed the challenges in the near and distant arenas, foremost among them the Gaza Strip, and our commitment to the release of all the hostages, the demilitarization of Gaza, and the disarmament of Hamas,” Katz added.
TROOPS WORKING TO DESTROY TUNNEL IN RAFAH AREA, UNCOVER WEAPONS
On Saturday, the IDF said that since the start of the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, troops stationed in the Rafah area have been working to demolish a large tunnel network and have also located a rocket launcher.
The Nahal Brigade, operating under the Gaza Division, has been stationed in Rafah, which is on the eastern side of the “Yellow Line” demarcating the IDF’s pullback in Gaza.
The IDF said the Nahal troops located a multiple rocket launcher with 15 barrels, along with other military equipment belonging to Hamas.
The troops “are continuing to destroy the remaining underground tunnel network in the area, which allows terrorists from the terror organizations to reside and operate against IDF troops,” the military said.
During their operations in the area, Hamas operatives have on several occasions emerged from tunnels and exchanged fire with troops, according to the IDF.
In two such incidents in recent weeks, three soldiers were killed. Hamas denied responsibility, saying communication was “cut off” with its operatives in zones under Israeli control. Israel accused Hamas in both cases of violating the ceasefire and retaliated with airstrikes.

According to Israeli defense sources, the target of the dronezap on the southern Lebanon town of Kfar Roummane was an operative in Hezbollah’s elite Radwan Force.
Hezbollah began attacking Israel on October 8, 2023, a day after fellow Iran-backed terror group Hamas ..a regional Iranian catspaw,... invaded southern Israel, sparking the war in Gazoo. After nearly a year of cross-border fire, Israel launched an intensive campaign against the terror group in September 2024, massively degrading its forces and eliminating most of its top leadership. A ceasefire was declared in November of that year.
The ceasefire required both Israel and Hezbollah to vacate southern Lebanon, to be replaced by the Lebanese armed forces. Israel has withdrawn from all but five strategic posts along the border, and regularly strikes what it says are Hezbollah’s attempts to rearm. Since the ceasefire, the IDF says it has killed over 330 Hezbollah operatives in strikes, hit hundreds of Hezbollah sites, and conducted over 1,000 raids and other small operations in southern Lebanon in response to violations by the terror group.
The IDF says the primary target of the strike was the force’s logistics chief. The IDF did not name the man, but said he was involved in transferring weapons and “attempts to rebuild terrorist infrastructure” in southern Lebanon.
The three other men killed in the strike were also members of the Radwan Force, the IDF says, adding that their activities constitute a violation of the ceasefire.
