Most likely some of the older ones that are testing new upgrades/improvements. There have been 215 total test launches of the D5, with 207 successes, so a pretty well performing missile.

I want to see four missiles launched from one (1) submarine in approximately an hour, perhaps separated by the submarine relocating to a different launch position.* Stress test the system not just the missile.
*I always wondered if a World War III tactic would be to counter launch an ICBM with multiple nuclear depth charges at any hostile submarine that launched -- take it out of any 'second day launches at survivors'.

...Without getting into detail, my understanding is that a Trident can salvo all of its missiles (were it necessary) in far less than an hour. The reason it will likely take longer though is that as soon as that bird leaves the water, there is now a great big target painted on that spot.
