NEW: The man who shot up the ABC affiliate in Sacramento following the suspension of Jimmy Kimmel, has been identified as Anibal Hernandez-Santana.
An X account that appears to belong to Hernandez-Santana is full of anti-Trump posts, as reported by Variety.
…The man, 64, previously worked as a legislative director for the California Federation of Teachers, the outlet reported.
“The authoritarian oligarchy is now complete. CBS+ caving, big law firms in DC, the subservients FBI and AG, university presidents stepping down, fan boys SCOTUS, public radio, ICE goons. We are going to have to ‘fight like hell’…” the account that appears to belong to him posted in July.
Hernandez-Santana was arrested on charges of assault with a deadly weapon, negligent discharge of a firearm, and shooting into an occupied building.

FBI arrested him anyway
The defense attorney for the man accused of shooting into the ABC10 television station in Sacramento says he was caught off guard by the FBI's involvement.
Anibal Hernandez-Santana, 64, was arrested by Sacramento police on Friday night and posted bail Saturday, only to be arrested again four hours later by the FBI.
"He posted bail under California state law. He was at home, we were talking on the phone, preparing for those charges. He was free for about four hours, stepped outside and the FBI went up and grabbed him," said Mark Reichel, Hernandez-Santana's defense attorney.
Saturday night, the FBI arrested Hernandez-Santana on allegations that he violated a federal statute that "no person shall willfully or maliciously interfere with or cause interference to any radio communications of any station licensed or authorized... by the United States government."

In what is reportedly one of the first instances of "checkpoint" operations between the Department of Homeland Security and a state police agency, more than two dozen people were detained within the past several days.
Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey confirmed to Fox News Digital that she directed the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) and other cabinet agencies to "work closely with ICE to catch criminal illegals."
Ivey praised ALEA’s work on a particularly lucrative "bust" in Russellville, which saw at least 20 people detained.
In a statement to Fox News Digital, ALEA confirmed that operation in which agency troopers conducted drivers' license checkpoints in Franklin and Colbert counties, where ICE special agents were present.
More than one-third of area residents identify as Hispanic, according to census figures, which eclipses the statewide proportion of 6%.
ALEA directed Fox News Digital to ICE for immigration-specific data from its collaboration.
"Driver license checkpoints occur all over the state and are one of the ways we stop criminals in their tracks, and now, we include ICE agents in these efforts," Ivey said.
The Republican, who is term-limited next year, added that criminal illegal immigrants are not welcome in her state, and that every "tool in the toolbox" will be used to keep residents and visitors safe.
Throughout the summer, ICE also made two dozen arrests in Baldwin County, home of the famed white-sand "Redneck Riviera" beach towns.
Arrests were made at sites in Loxley – along Interstate 10 north of Orange Beach – and Spanish Fort, which lies on the other end of the George Wallace Tunnel from Mobile.
The operations led one immigration advocate in that region to suggest immigrants write phone numbers on their bodies to be able to contact family in case they are detained by ICE, according to AL.com.

Medics reported that 76 of the victims were killed in Gaza City during Saturday's assault, as part of Israel's intensified offensive aimed at occupying the largest city in the besieged territory.

The development came a day after an Israeli military convoy broke into Ma'ariya village in the Yarmouk Basin area of Dara'a province and set up a temporary checkpoint on the eastern side of the village. They stopped passersby for inspection.
Another convoy was deployed on the road linking the villages of Kuwaya and Abdin.
Additionally, an Israeli military convoy, consisting of five military vehicles, stormed the village of al-Samadaniyya al-Sharqiya.
Eyewitnesses reported that the Israeli soldiers set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the village, stopping several civilian vehicles and inspecting the identity cards of passengers.
While no arrests were reported, local sources indicated that soldiers conducted thorough searches of individuals passing through the area.
