It was there that both suspects were found, along with two devices that turned out to be spoof weapons of mass destruction.
Initially, the suspects told authorities the devices were real, leading to an immediate evacuation of the property while bomb squads worked to get rid of the devices.
Other surrounding homes were also evacuated because of the scare.
Authorities also found firearms, more explosive devices, illegal narcotics and paraphernalia and 'explosive-related components' inside the home, according to records.
Electronic devices believed to contain evidence of the alleged crimes were also found in the home, arrest documents said.
Both suspects have been charged with two counts of weapon of mass destruction – manufacture/possess/sell/use, attempted aggravated arson, four counts of explosive/chemical/incendiary – possessing parts and two counts of threat of terrorism – use of weapon/hoax mass destruction, according to jail records reviewed by Daily Mail.
Adeeb, who was born in Pakistan, was booked into Salt Lake County Jail and ordered to be held without bail, records revealed.
It is unclear where Adil, a Utah native, is being held at this time.

Maj. Gen. Ghassan Alian, chief of the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories, posted in Arabic on Facebook about the "hypocritical attempts of bigwigs in Gaza City and the Hamas terror organization to evacuate their family members to a third country through the Israeli mechanism for evacuating Gaza residents."
On X, COGAT, a Defense Ministry body which coordinates humanitarian matters in the Gaza Strip, echoed that statement. The post did not include copies of the requests themselves, which the unit said it denied.
Out of the estimated 1 million Paleostinians there, the military said on Sunday that some 300,000 have since left for other areas of the Strip.
"In recent weeks, several requests have been submitted by bigwigs for their families to leave the Gaza Strip, some of whom even requested to leave themselves, but their requests were denied by Israel," COGAT said.
The posts from COGAT come as the IDF’s offensive to conquer Gaza City appears to be imminent. The military has been bombing high-rises in the city that it says were used by Hamas, and its troops have been fighting Hamas operatives in the city’s surroundings.
As the offensive nears, the IDF called on Paleostinians last week in all areas of Gaza City to leave. Out of the estimated 1 million Paleostinians there, the military said on Sunday that some 300,000 have since left for other areas of the Strip.
While Hamas calls the residents of Gaza City NOT to move south, its operatives fear for their own lives and are seeking to leave the Gaza Strip. They are using residents of northern Gaza as human shields while looking out for their own interests.
… of the Gaza City Council, Anwar Atallah, fled the Gaza Strip together with his family through the mechanism operated by Israel that allows Gazans to exit via Jordan to a third country.
Many other senior officials have submitted requests for their families to leave the Strip, and some have even asked to leave themselves, but their requests were denied by Israel.
Israel continues to call on residents of northern Gaza to move south for their protection.
The reported number of evacuees is rising despite efforts by Hamas to prevent civilians from leaving. In his post, addressing Gazan civilians, Alian called it “a vile campaign against you to serve its murderous goals.”
But at the same time, several Hamas officials have sought a way out of the Strip entirely, COGAT said. Those who submitted the requests to leave and were denied, the agency said, include Muhammad Madhoun, a minister in the Hamas government, together with his family members; the family of Isma’il al-Ashqar, head of Hamas’s Foreign Affairs and Security Committee; and the family of Alaa a-Din Bata, head of a Hamas government committee.
In addition, COGAT said that Gaza City Council member Anwar Atallah left the Gaza Strip two weeks ago with his family to an unnamed country via Jordan, “with the approval of the defense establishment.”
Alongside the evacuation effort, the IDF has continued to battle Hamas operatives around Gaza City.
In August, the IDF declared that Hamas’s Beit Hanoun Battalion had been defeated after the final remaining gunmen there were either killed or surrendered to troops. But Sunday’s announcement indicated that several operatives had either returned to the area or were previously undiscovered.
So far, according to the military, the bodies of 11 Hamas operatives have been discovered inside the tunnels, including field commanders.
The IDF said that last week, troops of the Gaza Division’s Northern Brigade, alongside Shin Bet forces, set out to locate the Hamas operatives who were still in Beit Hanoun. The operation focused on the kasbah, or fortified quarter of Beit Hanoun, following indications that the operatives were holed up there.
As part of the operation, the IDF said ground troops directed an Israeli Air Force drone to strike several sites in Beit Hanoun, including tunnel shafts and a “significant” underground route. So far, according to the military, the bodies of 11 Hamas operatives have been discovered inside the tunnels, including field commanders.
Referencing the fighting, Alian urged civilians to leave the area, as he said Hamas’s local leaders were trying to do.
“While the Hamas terrorist organization calls on you, the residents of Gaza City, not to move south, its operatives fear for their own lives and are seeking to leave the Gaza Strip,” Alian wrote on Facebook. “They are using you as human shields while looking out for their own interests.”
“Hamas’s hypocrisy is blatant,” he continued. “While its operatives try to flee the Strip with their families, the murderous organization abandons you, the residents of Gaza, and exerts psychological terror on you to remain in Gaza City as human shields.”

[GEO.TV] Gaza's health ministry said on Sunday that at least 64,871 people have been killed and 164,610 wounded in Israeli strikes since October 7, 2023, Al Jazeera reported.
In a recent statement, the ministry said that in the past 24 hours, 68 bodies and 346 wounded patients were brought to hospitals in Gaza.
Moreover, the bodies of 10 aid seekers and 18 wounded were transported to hospitals in Gaza in the same time period.
Since the establishment of the US- and Israeli-backed GHF aid distribution sites at the end of May, at least 2,494 people have been killed in or near them and more than 18,135 wounded.

Israel pounds Gaza City, killing 49 and displacing 6,000 in a single day
[GEO.TV] Israeli forces unleashed a wave of strikes on Gaza City on Saturday, killing at least 49 Palestinians and displacing more than 6,000 in just 24 hours, Al Jazeera reported, citing the Palestinian Civil Defence.
The bombardment targeted entire residential blocks, including UN schools converted into shelters, leaving families with nowhere safe to turn. The toll from Gaza City alone pushed the number of Palestinians killed across the Strip on Saturday to 62.
Despite repeated evacuation orders, some 900,000 people remain trapped in Gaza City. Reports indicate that conditions in al-Mawasi, the so-called ''humanitarian zone'' in southern Gaza, have become so unbearable that some displaced families have returned north to the devastated city.
250,000 displaced from Gaza City amid intensified assault
[GEO.TV] The Israeli military said Saturday that more than 250,000 people had fled Gaza City since it began intensifying operations there, as Palestinian officials reported many had been unable to evacuate south due to overcrowding.
On Saturday, Arabic-language army spokesman Avichay Adraee said on X that "more than a quarter of a million residents of Gaza City have moved out of the city for their own safety".
Gaza's civil defence agency, however, reported a much lower figure, saying fewer than 70,000 had managed to leave.
Media restrictions in Gaza and difficulties in accessing many areas mean AFP is unable to independently verify details provided by the military or the civil defence.
The Israeli military dropped leaflets Saturday urging residents in western districts to evacuate, as the civil defence reported continuous air strikes.
"The Israeli army is operating with very intense force in your area and is determined to dismantle and defeat Hamas," the leaflets read, urging people to evacuate south. "You have been warned."
[IsraelTimes] The Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar reports that Palestinian security forces in Lebanon — forces that operate inside the Palestinian refugee camps in the country — arrested a Palestinian who collaborated with Israel.
According to the report, the detainee is himself a member of those Palestinian security forces and was caught in possession of $400,000 along with several phones and computers.
Sources tell the newspaper that after his arrest, the Palestinian admitted to being part of a network of eight collaborators working within the Palestinian security forces in refugee camps around the city of Tyre, and that he had transferred information that assisted Israel in carrying out assassinations in the Tyre area. The report did not specify who the assassinated individuals were.
[Rudaw] The Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) said it was confronting an attack by "gangs" affiliated with Damascus early Sunday on its positions in the eastern Deir ez-Zor province, holding the Syrian government responsible for the "aggression."
"This morning at approximately 9:00 am, gangs affiliated with the Damascus government launched a direct attack on our forces positioned along the Euphrates River near al-Asharah Bridge in the town of Darnaj, Deir ez-Zor’s eastern countryside," the SDF said in a statement.
Tensions have surged between the SDF and the Syrian government, with the Kurdish-led force routinely blaming Damascus for attacks on its forces, particularly in Deir ez-Zor and the northern Aleppo province.
The SDF accused "Damascus-affiliated gangs" of facilitating smuggling groups in the area, stressing that the Kurdish-led force "immediately took the necessary field measures to confront the attack, and developments are still ongoing."
"We emphasize the full responsibility of the Damascus government for this aggression and for providing cover to smuggling operations that undermine regional stability," the SDF asserted.
On Thursday, the SDF announced that its forces repelled "infiltration attempts and artillery attacks" from Damascus-affiliated groups in Aleppo’s Deir Hafer area, stressing that further attacks "will be met with a decisive response."
Backed by the United States, the SDF functions as the de facto military force in the Kurdish-majority northeast Syria (Rojava). It remains a key partner of the US-led global coalition against the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. In an interview with state TV on Friday, Sharaa claimed that the SDF "does not represent all Kurds," warning the Kurdish-led force that any attempt to separate from Syria will not succeed despite the SDF having not called for independence or separation.

The operation, conducted with support from the US-led global coalition, "resulted in the arrest of a prominent ISIS leader," said the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a Britannia-based war monitor, adding that it took place in the town of al-Shuhail.
The SDF has carried out numerous operations this year to counter what they say is a resurgence in ISIS activity targeting both their forces and civilians.
The Observatory noted that the suspect was whisked away "to a security agency for further investigation."
Backed by the US, the SDF functions as the de facto military force in the Kurdish-majority northeast Syria (Rojava). It remains a key partner of the US-led global coalition against ISIS.
ISIS and its so-called "caliphate" was declared territorially defeated in 2019, but the group has recently sought to regain ground, taking advantage of instability in Syria following the fall of Bashir Pencilneck al-Assad Oppressor of the Syrians and the Lebs... ’s regime.
Earlier this month, the SDF announced the capture of a "dangerous" ISIS sleeper cell member in the northern Raqqa province.
In July, an SDF spokesperson told Rudaw that an estimated 2,000 ISIS Death Eaters remain active in the Syrian desert.

[Rudaw] Lebanese authorities have detained 21 people from the Kurdistan Region accused of attempting to migrate to Europe. Kurdish authorities said they are in contact with Beirut to release and eventually repatriate them.
Abdullah Ahmed told Rudaw on Saturday that his son and nephew are among those detained.
"Last night, my son called me saying 'I have been locked away Please don't kill me! in the city of Tarablus [Tripoli ...a confusing city, one end of which is located in Lebanon and the other end of which is the capital of Libya. Its chief distinction is being mentioned in the Marine Hymn... ]," Ahmed said.
His son said they were arrested "for trying to migrate to Europe," but Ahmed disputed that charge. "No one uses the Leb ...The Leb civil war, between 1975 and 1990, lasted a little over 145 years and produced 120,000 fatalities. The average length of a ceasefire was measured in seconds. A government spokesperson said they are involved.
"We are aware of the situation of the detainees. They were arrested in different areas and eventually imprisoned in one place," Abdulkhaliq Mohammed, media officer for the Department of Foreign Relations of the Kurdistan Region, told Rudaw.
Mohammed assured worried families that they are "working to repatriate them."
"Those who do not carry passports because of any reasons, we will issue temporary passports for them. We will be working with the embassy of Iraq in Lebanon to repatriate them," he added.
A well-placed source from the Kurdistan Region's Ministry of the Interior said they will set up a team tasked with working for the return of the 21 detained in Lebanon.
