[HODHODYEMENNEWS.NET] Violent clashes with heavy and light weapons took place Tuesday between the Sudanese army and the “Rapid Support Forces” around the neighborhoods surrounding the army’s armored corps, south of Khartoum.
These clashes came hours after the army confirmed that its forces combed the areas surrounding armored corps and expelled members of the Rapid Support Forces from the homes of citizens in the area.
In White Nile State, local sources confirmed that the Rapid Support Forces attacked the village of Halba in the state in the south of Sudan, stormed the city market, and closed the shops there.

Reporting out of the Sudan is execrable. Fighting is occurring along two fronts, one south of Khartoum for control of the White Nile. The second is the action in and around the capital of Darfur, El Fasher. What is not at all clear is the role the The extensive ethnic Zaghawa is playing in this. The Zaghawa, a significant minority in Darfur, constitute a majority of officers in the Chadian army. They are the most intelligent, trusted, and the most battle tested. They are superior in general to the Arab cohort in Sudan's officer corps. Unfortunately, the Zaghawas in Chad and Sudan at present seem to be severely divided, The Zaghawa reportedly have an aversion to hereditary rule, and internal divisions along such lines remain to be played out.
The Arab sides in conflict in Darfur do not choose to attack the Zaghawa, or so it seems, but which side the Zaghawa Chad/Sudan leadership supports is not at all clear. Are they the wildcard? Reporting on inter and intra-ethnic conflict in Darfur would certainly be appreciated.

[NEWARAB] Clashes broke out between gangs in Libya’s western city of Zawiya between gangs late on Tuesday, trapping families inside residential neighbourhoods, medical officials and activists said.
Videos and images shared online showed heavy gunfire being exchanged between fighters and streets empty streets due to combat. Activists also circulated video clips showing fearful civilians stuck inside their homes appealing to authorities for help.
The Libyan Red Islamic Thingy in Zawiya issued pleas for the fighting to "stop immediately", and for a truce so emergency teams can evacuate families stuck in affected areas.
"We hope that the security authorities will cooperate with us, as well as the involved parties in this conflict. The families are crying out for help and it is not their fault," the NGO said as cited by the Ottoman Turkish Anadolu agency.
Meanwhile,
...back at the shootout, another bullet hole appeared in Butch's hat...... the Libyan Health Ministry’s Ambulance and Emergency Services warned that "the entirety of Zawiya's coastal road is a source of danger to citizens".

So really they shouldn'ta retaliated, right?
[NEWARAB] The Israeli strike on Yemen ...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of... 's port of Hodeida has released hazardous emissions and caused fuel spills, experts said, compounding environmental pollution already worsened by oil spills from Iran's Houthi sock puppets ...a Zaidi Shia insurgent group operating in Yemen. They have also been referred to as the Believing Youth. Hussein Badreddin al-Houthi is said to be the spiritual leader of the group and most of the military leaders are his relatives. The legitimate Yemeni government has accused the them of having ties to the Iranian government. Honest they did. The group has managed to gain control over all of Saada Governorate and parts of Amran, Al Jawf and Hajjah Governorates. Its slogan is God is Great, Death to America™, Death to Israel, a curse on the Jews They like shooting off... ummm... missiles that they would have us believe they make at home in their basements. On the plus side, they did murder Ali Abdullah Saleh, which was the only way the country was ever going to be rid of him... ship attacks.
The strikes on Saturday, the first claimed by Israel on Yemen, hit fuel storage tanks in the main port under the control of the Iran-backed rebels, triggering an inferno.
Parts of the port were still ablaze early on Wednesday, after an oil tank went kaboom! overnight, according to local authorities. Images from the harbour showed a thick plume of black smoke billowing into the air.
It looks like the Israel Air Force is pretty good at blowing stuff up.
The Conflict and Environment Observatory (CEOBS), a UK charity that monitors the environmental impact of conflict, said: "The fire and associated spills will have generated hazardous emissions to the air and substantial ground contamination with pollution to the marine environment likely."
Yemen was already suffering from serious air and water pollution, a report published by the UN's migration office in March warned, after nearly a decade of war between the Iran-backed Houthis and the internationally recognised government propped up by Soddy Arabia ...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. When the oil runs out the rest of the world is going to kick sand in the Soddy national face...
...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula, largely made up of sand and oil rigs. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual haj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. Formerly dictatorial and steeped in Olde Tyme Religion, deferring to Salafist holy men on all issues, it has now done a 180 and is making a serious effort to modernize, so as not to be left in the sand by its Gulf Arab neighbors. The holy men have been shoved to the background and the nation is now still dictatorial but somewhat Frational. That doesn't make them trustworthy, but it's a start...

Sounds like the Israeli strike was way more effective than anything Biden has done to eliminate the threat to commerce in the Red Sea.
The fire and associated spills will have generated hazardous emissions to the air and substantial ground contamination with pollution to the marine environment likely."
A feature, not a bug. The Houthis want war. They got it.

State Department Spokesperson Matthew Miller said Thursday that "something is seriously wrong" with the way anti-Israel protests are unfolding in the nation's capital.
"Something is seriously wrong when you see people marching through the streets of Washington carrying Hamas banners, literal, literal Hamas banners, carrying the Hamas flag down the streets of Washington, D.C. When you see people spray painting on fountains in Washington that Hamas is coming, when you see them displaying signs calling for the death of Jews, when you see them burning American flags, it's despicable," Miller said.
"It's hateful. It runs contrary to the values of this country, I think especially when you consider what that flag that we saw being burned yesterday stands for," he continued. "And one of the things that stands for is the right to protest, the right to make your views known, make them known peacefully."
"I would say to anyone that is burning an American flag while spray painting pro-Hamas graffiti in Washington to stop and think for a moment about what would happen if they were protesting Hamas's rule in Gaza," Miller added.
"And it's not a question that you have to look very hard for an answer, because we know, because we've seen in the past when people have protested Hamas' rule in Gaza, we've seen how Hamas has responded. They responded with brutal crackdowns, with arrests, with violent repression. Fortunately, that is not who we are in this country," he concluded.

Yeah, maybe you need to have a 'night of the long knives' to corral your street thugs.
An unnamed patriot reached into a smoldering heap Wednesday to rescue an American flag from burning at the hands of pro-Hamas agitators.
The man, who wanted to remain anonymous, was able to successfully save a fragment of Old Glory. He told a local journalist who recorded the incident that he is an attorney who works near Union Station in Washington D.C., where the anti-Israel demonstrations happened.
In a video taken by Richie McGinniss and shared via X, the man stoops down into the flames and takes a fragment of the burning flag with his bare hands.
An angry mob rushes after the unnamed man carrying the burned flag, shouting "Get him!" and banging drums.
In the chase, a pro-Hamas agitator can be seen tripping over a skateboard. The anonymous patriot barely escapes through the crowd, running out of Columbus Circle.
In a later video post, McGinniss shares that the unnamed man said, "I grabbed what I could out of the fire and ran."
"I'm ashamed I didn't stop and go back and get the rest of it," the man told McGinniss.
"Thank you, sir, whoever you are – that was brave and honorable behavior on display," a user commented on X.
Agitators also burned an effigy of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, as well as an Israeli flag.
At least 23 pro-Hamas agitators were arrested Wednesday during the unruly demonstrations outside Union Station. Vandalism included "F--- ISREAL" painted onto brick pavement, with Israel misspelled.

#3: give them a choice. leave or renounce sharia.
If they do not publicly renounce sharia then it is up to them to depart. If muslims take Israel do you think that israelis would be equal citizens?

Yet we also see even some US Jewish leaders protesting?
Jewish ability for self-delusion is infinite - a consequence of 2000 years of Diaspora: you can't live with an awareness that the surrounding Gentiles may decide - for reasons that you have no control over - to come and kill you. In USA this tendency was reinforced by American Exceptionalism.

So it’s America’s fault some Jews are self delusional?
I read that as America’s open culture allows the deluded the safety and freedom to be even more deluded than they would otherwise be, Xyz. That’s not America’s fault — the fault lies in the choice to choose delusion, and not just among a portion of the Jewish population.

Tolerance has been a hallmark of American Exceptionalism culture for most of our history, with obvious failures. But of late we have become passive in our public square to abusive behavior masked as "tolerable" protest and free speech.
We need to reassert the notion that tolerance is finite, and quickly dissipated when abused. If you find that idea concerning, be concerned about what that notion of limits might mean for you and behave respectfully.

[NEWARAB] Israeli forces carried out new raids in the Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamas with about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response... Strip on Wednesday, hours before Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was due to address the US Congress.
The latest Israeli attacks destroyed homes in towns east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza and thousands of people were forced to head west to seek shelter, residents said.
Gaza health officials said Israeli military strikes in the past 24 hours had killed at least 55 people, the latest casualties in a war that health authorities in the enclave say has killed more than 39,000 Paleostinians.
The Israel leader was due to address Congress later on Wednesday and to meet President Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. Gave an airbase and billions in military hardware to the Taliban and called it an extraordinary success... at the White House on Thursday. Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump ...Perhaps no man has ever had as much fun being president of the US... said he would meet Netanyahu in Florida on Friday.
"The United States is a main partner in what is happening in Gaza. We are being killed because of the United States. We are being slaughtered by American planes, American ships, American tanks, and American troops," said Kazem Abu Taha, a displaced resident from Rafah.

Extraction of bodies from Gaza based on precise intelligence, IDF says The IDF said on Thursday that the body of Sergeant Major (Res.) Ravid Aryeh Katz was also retrieved from Gaza along with the bodies of Omer Goldin, Maya Goren, Tomer Ahimas and Kiril Brodski.
All killed on Oct 7th. Killing the hostages and storing the bodies for future exchange (for live terrorists) is Hamas' SOP. It's a lot easier than keeping live hostages.

While we are doing body counts, shouldn't we include the over 150K killed or maimed since Israel was established?
Between 1948 and 2023 we are looking at about 31,000 Israeli soldiers have been killed DEFENDING civilians,. Over 100,000 Israelis were wounded by Arab terrorists. Nearly 130,000+ Israelis were considered disabled army veterans. All due to ARAB started conflicts and Aggressions.
Less we forget, many Arab nations sided with Hitler before and during WWII.
Plus, since 1948, Time and Time Again, the Arab world has attacked Israel and got their racist A$$es handed to them by Israelis and the IDF, each and every time.
But every few years the Arabs come back for another butt whipping. WHY? Because THEY ARE RACISTS.
Israel is just cleaning up the latest Arab Leadership incited, funded and supported mess.
It reminds me of finding a rat nest under a barn pallet. The adult runs away and my chosen recourse was to stomp the freshborn remaining through no choice of their own other than the accident of proximity.
Necessity by intelligent design still leaves a karmic mark.
[GEO.TV] Israeli soldiers are blowing up residential buildings east of war-torn Khan Younis amid Israeli tank fire, Al Jazeera reported citing reports from its Al Jazeera Arabic colleagues.
The latest attacks come as Israel expanded its assault on the south of the Gaza Strip, killing dozens of Palestinians and forcing thousands more people into the heavily overcrowded al-Mawasi area.

[NEWARAB] Lebanese gang Hezbollah broadcast drone video on Wednesday that it said showed air defence facilities, planes and fuel storage units at Israel's Ramat David airbase, nearly 50km (30 miles) into Israeli territory.
It was the third in a series of videos released by Hezbollah which the group has said are meant to demonstrate how far its surveillance of Israel has reached. The first video showed the Israeli port city of Haifa and the second the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights.
A front man for the Israeli military said in a statement on X that the video was filmed by a surveillance drone and the base's operations were not affected.
The latest video was more than eight minutes long and, Hezbollah said, mostly shot on Tuesday.
It included labels pointing out apparent military infrastructure, including the short-range Iron Dome air defence system which is designed to destroy rockets and drones.
