More on this from yesterday.
[National File] In the video, an unidentified person told Biden to "sign it anyway," so he did.
Joe Biden said "I don’t know what I’m signing" on camera as he proceeded to sign an unknown executive order. In the video posted to BitChute, an unidentified person told him to "sign it anyways."
This comes amid nationwide concerns over Biden’s apparent cognitive decline.
Right on cue, though Kamala no doubt wishes he would hold on to January, 2023...
The video shows Biden, without a note of humor, say that he has no idea what executive order he is signing. Another person then gestures toward Biden’s left hand.
The this is not the first questionable situation we've seen in the first three days of the Biden administration. As seen in another video on Inauguration Day, Biden robotically stated aloud "Salute the Marines" as he and his wife Jill entered the Capitol. Biden never actually saluted the marines, as National File reported.
"The awkward interaction appears to have been prompted by someone communicating with Biden via earpiece," National File reported. "Which has become a staple of the 78-year-old Biden's public appearances due to numerous gaffes and instances of erratic behavior."

A hinged middle section was added to the desk named 'Resolute' by then President Roosevelt to conceal his handicap from the prying eyes of visitors and photographers. Some might have called it deception, others privacy.
Perhaps Plugs hears voices from a miniaturized Alexa. I somehow doubt he will see four terms as president.

"That's it Uncle Joe, sign it. Good, Good, you will get an extra cookie, with your milk this evening;and extra Aricept, keep following the script, Good, Good"
I did not include the third party remarks, covered in another posting.
[Newsmax] With President Joe Biden having been given a peaceful transfer of power with 25,000 praetorian guards and the Jan. 6 planned-in-advance storming of the Capitol getting further in the rearview, Trump reportedly believes it is now far less likely that 17 Republicans will join Senate Democrats in to convict him on the House article of impeachment: inciting an insurrection attempt.
Just 10 never-Trump House Republicans, led by Rep. Liz Cheney, R-Wyo., the daughter of former Vice President Dick Cheney, voted to impeach Trump in the House.
It is likely those Republicans will be among the primary targets of Trump's political influence, fundraising, and rallies in the coming months and years

[Newsmax] President Donald Trump has told former acting Director of National Intelligence Ric Grenell "personally, a number of times, he does want to run again," according to Grenell on Newsmax TV.
"We'll see if that holds and how that comes about; I think we've got a long ways to go," Grenell told Saturday's "The Count," rejecting talk of Trump forming a rumored Patriot Party.
"Clearly, Donald Trump is a Republican and should run again as a Republican."
Grenell noted Republican in-fighting is actually a healthy political dialogue and not destructive, saying "that tension makes for a better party."

He'll be older in 2024. I think he's better off as a kingmaker and media mogul. Clean the scoundrel's out of the GOP and ensure conservatives have a voice that can't be silenced.

i too would rather see him in a kingmaker role than in the front lines. I like sydney powell also. i want to get on their mailing lists. Trump has certainly stirred the septic tank and we can clearly see the turds rise. Now hw do theey get drummed out of the party?

Trump has checked the block. Why he would run again in four years is beyond me.
Now, here's one: obviously a step down, but wouldn't it be great if he were to become a Congressman or Senator? It would pee off the Dems in Congress something awful!
[PJMedia] George Soros ...either Ernst Stavro Blofeld or Auric Goldfinger come true... ’s organizations have given tens of millions of dollars not to politicians running for legislative office but to local district attorney candidates who all have similar ideas about the justice system in America.
Kim Foxx in Cook County. Ill.; Kimberly Gardner in St. Louis; Larry Krasner in Philadelphia; and district attorneys in Dallas County, Texas; Baltimore; and Bexar County, Texas, all received funding from Soros’s Justice and Public Safety super PAC. All are radical reformers who favor "social justice" instead of criminal justice. The millions Soros spent on these races are his most strategically placed donations yet. He can easily swing a local election for district attorney on the cheap — one or two million dollars is all it takes. And the impact of these Death Eaters is felt immediately and deeply.

Is this something in the air, or is this policy set by Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer? The honourable Independent senator from Vermont neglected to say in this report.
There are rules about the use of reconciliation, but Charlie will work to change those as well, as Senate rules require merely a majority.
[Gateway Pundit] We’ve heard over and over from Big Media that President Trump and his team lost numerous court cases linked to the 2020 election. But this is not accurate.
Here’s what we identified from our research of an accurate and updated list of court cases:
There are 81 court cases to date based on the 2020 election
In 45 cases President Trump was the plaintiff
In 34 cases President Trump is not the plaintiff
In 2 cases President Trump is the defendant
In 72 cases illegal voting is alleged
In ZERO of the 72 cases where illegal voting is alleged has evidence been allowed to be presented
30 cases remain active
Thousands of instances of fraud were alleged
Multiple states changed laws to provide for absentee ballots and the remedy is alleged to be not legal
The FBI to date has done nothing to review the alleged fraud
The DOJ denied any alleged material instances of fraud
The Democrats are accused of the alleged election fraud
The state legislatures certified their results with millions of ballots in question
The US Congress accepted these certified results which ignored the thousands of instances of election fraud
VP Mike Pence accepted the results despite state legislatures asking him to examine the results
And now we know the courts didn't allow a single instance of evidence of fraud to be presented to date.

Article II.
Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.
The Constitution says the state legislature decides how the vote for electors is to be conducted, not the Governor nor the judiciary. Right from the very beginning any and all mail in voting not authorized by the legislative body, is by text, unconstitutional. There is no emergency clause to suspend the Constitution.

Article 58 of the Russian SFSR Penal Code was put in force on 25 February 1927 to arrest those suspected of counter-revolutionary activities. It was revised several times. In particular, its Article 58-1 was updated by the listed sub-articles and put in force on 8 June 1934.[citation needed]
This article introduced the formal notion of the enemy of workers: those subject to articles 58-2 — 58-13 (those under 58-1 were "traitors", 58-14 were "saboteurs")

Seems like the wrong question to ask. More appropriately, you should be asking how the hell was this allowed to happen in the first place and secondly, why was nothing ever done to the miscreants who perpetrated the coup--many of whom are now in the current administration?
Looks like Gateway Pundit will soon be deplatformed. I use the DuckDuckGo search aggregator. I wanted to go directly to Gatewaypundit.com. Instead the Google generated link that redirected to:

The DuckDuckGo Bing generated link redirected to Bing's search page. At least it had the link to Gatewaypundit.com on it for now. Assume my IP address is logged by the two for possible future use. Evil motherfuckers.
The fraud in this past election was massive, the worst ever in recorded history, but it is nothing when compared to what the Democrat (Communist) Party has in store for the future of the USA and the world.
In their first act, this Congress led by true communists apparently, is ready to pass a bill allowing all future elections in the USA to be run exactly the same as any communist regime in history.
The Populist Press is reporting the first bill put together by this Pelosi-led Congress will eliminate free and fair elections forever. Fraud will be the mandate and Democrats, the kings of fraud, will win every election henceforth. The bill is labeled by the Communist Democrats — "For the People Act of 2021".
Below are the key aspects of the bill as noted by the Populist Press:
Democrats introduce their first bill in the House: H.R.1 — The bill that will destroy America. Nationwide mail-in voting, banning restrictions on ballot harvesting, banning voter ID, criminal voters,DC Statehood roadwork, it’s all in here.
1) Internet-only registration with electronic signature submission.
2) Banning the requirement to provide a full SSN for voter registration.
3) Nationwide ’Motor Voter’ registration.
4) 16 year olds required to be registered to vote.
5) Nationwide same-day registration.
6) Grants ($25M) for using minors in election activities.
7) More children voters.
8) Prohibiting attempts to clean voter rolls of non-residents.
9) Murderers and rapists can vote.
10) Mandatory early voting.
11) THE BIG ONE — NATIONWIDE VOTE BY MAIL, BAN ON BALLOT PROTECTION MEASURES, LEGALIZED LIMITLESS BALLOT HARVESTING.
12) Banning voter ID.
13) Roadwork for DC statehood and territory statehood.
14) COMPLETE CONGRESSIONAL TAKEOVER OF REDISTRICTING. Prohibiting watching ballot counts in minority Democratic Party strongholds and requiring the use of foreign controlled programmable voting machines is implied.
Go to the link for details.

"I, [name], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God." — United States Uniformed Services Oath of Office
I'm not as young or spry as when I first repeated these words (that did not mention an expiration date), but, if/when the balloon goes up, they'll be taken as seriously as when I spoke them last.
[NYPOST] Sen. Marco Rubio ...The diminutive 13-year-old Republican U.S. Senator from Florida... summed up the coming impeachment trial against former President Trump in the Senate as "stupid" and said he would vote to end it at the first opportunity.
"I think the trial is stupid," the Florida Republican said on "Fox News Sunday."
"We already have a flaming fire in this country," he said, adding that trying Trump would douse it with a "bunch of gasoline."
"The first chance I get to vote to end this trial I’ll do it," he said.
The House, which passed a single article of impeachment against Trump for "incitement of an insurrection" on Jan. 13, is expected to deliver the article of impeachment to the Senate Monday evening.

Lil Marco has mastered the Lindsey Grahamnasty tactic of swinging to the right just often enough to confuse some (but not all) of the proles.

The point is, Marco - you need to do this stuff before the election to be convincing.
*No due process.
*No free speech.
*A hurried lynching in the House.
*Dems have said things far worse (Pelosi, Schiff, Waters, Swallwell, Bernie (whose supporter shot up Pub ballplayers), etc.).
*One could say that such frivolous impeachments are themselves inciting.
This is strictly a vindictive tantrum by the Speaker. She is way past nuts.
Trump was a threat to the power structure and he was gaining power all the time.
Why cannot one not question election fraud? Why have we not had a good airing-out of the fraud issue? Everyone should want fraud-free elections. Does anyone really think Biden won the election?

/\ Exactly! It's a political-media distraction which conveniently covers a multitude of sins. We've come a long way since Mark Basseley Youssef's anti-Islamic video posted on YouTube and Benghazi.

I was flipping channels a few nights ago and one of the movers and shakers from Reagan's time was on. He said that back then %90 of the Senators were alcoholics and that it was worse now!
Ponder that then look at any issue with an alcoholic haze.

I still haven't heard what the over/under is on when he's gone.
Related, and maybe bigger question, is who are the powers behind the throne, and who would be under Kameltoe? Lots of popcorn needed for that, I suspect.

I've come around to thinking that he will serve all 4 years. From the permanent bureaucracy's point of view, he is the perfect president. He doesn't know enough to interfere with anything, and so they have free rein for all their pet projects.

[Gateway Pundit] Tech giants keep pushing the BIG LIE.
Instagram is forcing users to follow the Joe Biden White House account because the page had less than a million followers.
Remember: This is the guy who allegedly had 81 million votes and exponentially more popular than Barack Obama!
From a Gateway Pundit reader: Hoping you pick up this story. If you unfollow or block the White House Instagram account, hours later you are forced to follow it again. More than half of the followers are being forced to follow the page. Seems like Instagram is trying to avoid the mainstream media picking up on Biden having less than a million followers.

I knew in advance the liberties these social apps and thingies will one day take. Ultimately they're just corporations, invested in human sentimentality and the desire for approval.
A multi-volume chronology and reference guide set detailing three years of the Mexican Drug War between 2010 and 2012.
Rantburg.com and borderlandbeat.com correspondent and author Chris Covert presents his first non-fiction work detailing
the drug and gang related violence in Mexico.
Chris gives us Mexican press dispatches of drug and gang war violence
over three years, presented in a multi volume set intended to chronicle the death, violence and mayhem which has
dominated Mexico for six years.
