We'll have to have gasoline shipped here from other states and foreign countries whose environmental standards are far lower thereby resulting in more pollution than was ever produced in California.
In a way, I kinda hope that happens because it gives Newsom's opponents in 2028 a helluva lot of ammunition. Shame on me because most Californians who still have to commute to work would suffer. But I'm retired, I don't commute anymore, and I could endure that pain at the pump if it means Newsom never gets to the White House.
