I have two firewalls. One immediate block and one temporary block. Your ISP appeared on both, so no matter how much I opened the firewall, your ISP always would be blocked.
It appeared on both because of a faulty strategy on my part which has been changed -- presumably.

[Regnum] Yemeni government forces have regained control of the Zubab region, located near the Bab el-Mandeb Strait. This was reported by the Saudi Arabian television channel Al Arabiya.
According to military sources, on October 5, Yemeni units of Al-Amalik (Giants Brigades) and Dar al-Watan (Shield of the Homeland), with the support of national resistance forces, liberated the Zubab region and strategic positions near the Bab al-Mandeb Strait in the west of Taiz province.
It was reported that government forces outflanked enemy positions from the Qahbub Mountains with air support. Fierce fighting raged in this area before the capture of Zubab. As a result of the offensive, the Yemeni army was able to almost completely cut off the Houthi supply lines and routes leading to the strait.
On October 4, Rashad Mohammed al-Alimi, Chairman of Yemen's Presidential Governance Council, announced that Yemeni authorities had launched a military operation to liberate the country from the Houthis. He stated that the decision was made after authorities had exhausted all avenues for a peaceful resolution. He stated that the Houthis had responded to de-escalation efforts by mobilizing forces, escalating aggression, and threatening civilians, neighboring countries, and international shipping lanes.
The armed conflict between the Houthis and Saudi-backed government forces in Yemen has been ongoing since August 2014. On July 13, Yemeni Houthis attacked the international airport in Abha in retaliation for a Saudi air strike on Sana'a Airport. This violated the ceasefire between the Saudis and the Iran-backed Houthis, which had been in effect since 2022. A week later, Yemeni Houthis announced the beginning of a naval blockade against Saudi Arabia. In their statement, they warned that they reserved the right to a comprehensive escalation in response to Riyadh's actions.
"Operation Yemen Dawn has begun to restore state institutions, liberate the capital Sana'a, and stop the Houthi terrorist coup," al-Alimi said on South24 TV.
Earlier, representatives of the Saudi-led coalition stated they would continue to assist Yemen's armed forces in the fight against the Houthis to regain control of the country's territory. On October 5, Yemeni military officials announced they had regained control of territories in the Bab al-Mandeb Strait, as well as the airport in the Zubab district of Taiz province.
Even more from regnum.ru The Houthis claimed to have established control over the residence of the Yemeni leader.
On October 5, the Shiite Ansar Allah (Houthi) movement announced it had established control over two districts in Taiz province in southwestern Yemen, including the residence of Rashad Mohammed al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Governance Council.
"Enemy formations have been driven out of the Al-Maafir and Al-Mawasit areas in Taiz province," the Houthi armed forces said on their Telegram channel.
Al Masirah TV showed footage of the seizure of al-Alimi's apartment building, on the roof of which Houthi fighters hung a Yemeni flag.
Yemen’s Vice Foreign Minister Ambassador Mustapha Noman @MustaphaNoman, who is from the besieged governorate of Taiz, just posted this as fighting with the Houthis continues across the governorate
“Time and again, Houthi militia leaders fail to understand that force alone is not enough to achieve their objectives. They repeatedly ignore the lessons of history. Taiz, like other Yemeni cities, has come to see them as ‘invaders,’ ‘occupiers,’ and ‘conquerors’ of what was once called land of ‘kharaj.’
“They may capture a village here and another there, but they will find no friends, no welcome, and no acceptance of their presence. They are operating among communities that remember a painful history of bloodshed, violations, and the seizure of property and agricultural harvests produced through the labor of those once treated as ‘ra’iyah,’ or subjects.
“Houthi leaders imagine these areas will submit to them, while ignoring that they are operating in communities that reject their presence. They will leave broken, having created even deeper resentment and a greater desire for retribution against them and those who collaborated with them.
‘[Quoting a Quranic verse] And those who have wronged will come to know to what return they will return.’”

[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] A teenager in France has had his hand blown off after trying to throw a stun grenade back at police during student riots that have shocked the nation.
Protests over dilapidated schools and classrooms, overcrowding and teacher shortages that began last week quickly turned violent.
Fresh violence took place today near the Auguste Behal high school in Lens, northern France.
A 15-year-old boy picked up a police stun grenade, intending to throw it back, only for the device to explode and rip his hand off.
Footage from the scene showed several people tending to the young man as he lay on the pavement. His left hand appeared to be missing, with a bloody stump in its place.
Several people were heard screaming in the video. He was later seen slowly walking away from the scene.
Other reports said he may have lost his arm up to his elbow, but this has not been confirmed.
It comes after far-Left rioters set fire to the entrance of a Paris school, leaving teachers and pupils trapped inside, during the mass student protests.
Footage taken outside the Vauquelin high school in Paris this morning showed violent thugs setting fire to the school's entrance.
Through smashed glass, flames were seen licking the front doors of the school. The flames appeared to be coming from a blockade.
After several seconds, two men with fire extinguishers were seen trying in vain to douse the flames from inside the building.
However, the blaze grew in size and ferocity. Behind it, young thugs were seen throwing things into the blockade, fuelling the flames.
Local media reported that around 100 students needed to be evacuated from the school, adding that demonstrators were shooting fireworks at firefighters during the operation.
Carole Zerbib, head of the vandalised school, said it had been attacked by a 'very determined' group wearing hoods and masks who tried to break through its main entrance and then lit a fire.
Police and firefighters quickly put out the fire and the school was evacuated and classes were suspended.
'It was very violent and happened very quickly,' she said, adding that the attack lasted between 15 and 20 minutes.
'It was terrible for students who witnessed this outburst of violence,' she said, adding that those behind the attack on her school did not study there.
The school is one of hundreds affected by violence that has plagued France since last week.
Many educational institutes will begin a second week of closures ahead of a nationwide day of demonstrations tomorrow.
In Lille, northern France, Gaston Berger high school was blockaded early this morning. Students were seen gathering around a large bonfire.
And over in Caen, north-west France, the gate of Victor Hugo high school was set alight. Rioters appeared to have thrown bins and other large items into a pile before setting it on fire.
In central Paris, dozens of teenage students demonstrated outside a school while passing cars honked their horns. Some classmates made their way inside to attend lessons.
'We're missing our lessons to give you one,' read one cardboard sign outside the Turgot high school in Paris's third arrondissement.
In Bordeaux, in the south-west, some students returned to the classroom while others continued to demonstrate in front of riot police.
Some protesters outside the Gustave Eiffel high school aimed fireworks at police, who responded sporadically with tear gas.
[KhaamaPress] Ottoman Turkish security forces have detained 51 people suspected of links to the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... (ISIS) in operations across 16 provinces, The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...a NATO ...the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. A collection of multinational and multilingual and multicultural armed forces, all of differing capabilities, working toward a common goal by pulling in different directions... member, but not the most reliable... ’s Interior Ministry said Saturday.
The operations were carried out in Adana, Adiyaman, Balikesir, Bursa, Diyarbakir, Duzce, Edirne, Gaziantep, Igdir, Kayseri, Mardin, Mersin, Nevsehir, Sinop, Sanliurfa and Zonguldak, according to the ministry.
Pretty much across the entire alphabet, in fact.
The ministry said the suspects were allegedly involved in ISIS membership, financing the group through individuals linked to the organization and purported charitable organizations, and promoting ISIS through social media accounts. The allegations have not been independently verified.
The raids were conducted by provincial gendarmerie units in coordination with the General Command of the Gendarmerie’s counterterrorism department and public prosecutors, Ottoman Turkish authorities said. The Interior Ministry said operations targeting ISIS activities and financing networks would continue.
Turkey has carried out repeated nationwide operations against ISIS in recent years. In June, the country’s National Intelligence Organization announced the capture of a suspected senior ISIS-Khorasan operative who was accused of working in the group’s media wing and facilitating the movement of recruits between Turkey and the Afghanistan-Pakistain region.
Ottoman Turkish President His Enormity, Sultan Recep Tayyip Erdogan the First ...Turkey's version of Mohammed Morsi but they voted him back in so they deserve him. It's a sin, a shame, and a felony to insult the president of Turkey. In Anatolia did Recep Bey a stately Presidential Palace decree, that has 1100 rooms. That's 968 more than in the White House, 400 more than in Versailles, and 325 more than Buckingham Palace, so you know who's really more important... has also repeatedly said his government will continue efforts against gangs, including ISIS, inside and outside the country.
The latest arrests come as Ottoman Turkish authorities maintain heightened security operations against ISIS networks, particularly those suspected of recruitment, financing and propaganda activities.

[KhaamaPress] Pak security forces killed eight Death Eaters, including three alleged senior commanders of the Tehrik-e-Taliban ...mindless ferocity in a turban... Pakistain (TTP), during an intelligence-based operation in Dera Ismail Khan ... the Pearl of Pashtunistan ... district of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, security sources said Sunday.
According to Pak security sources, the operation was launched after intelligence indicated that gunnies were present in the area. The forces engaged the gunnies during the operation and recovered foreign currency, weapons and ammunition from the site, the sources said.
Pakistain’s state media and security officials referred to the gunnies as members of "Fitna al-Khawarij," a term used by the Pak state for the banned TTP. Pak authorities have increasingly used the designation in official statements on counterterrorism operations.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif praised the security forces for what he described as a timely operation and reiterated the government’s commitment to continuing counterterrorism operations until the Death Eater threat is eliminated. Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi also commended the forces involved, according to Pak media reports.
The TTP has not issued a public statement confirming the deaths of the eight gunnies or the identities of the alleged commanders.
The operation comes amid renewed Death Eater violence in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, particularly in districts close to the Afghanistan border. Pak authorities have intensified intelligence-based operations in the province in recent weeks following a series of attacks targeting security forces and other state installations.
Dera Ismail Khan has remained a major security hotspot in the province. A recent suicide kaboom at a police checkpoint in the district killed 12 people and injured 35 others, while security forces have carried out several operations against suspected TTP gunnies in the area.
[IsraelTimes] Army says soldiers tried to stop suspicious vehicle at earlier checkpoint, two other passengers injured; in separate incidents, two alleged arms dealers nabbed in Nablus, while settlers said to set fire to olive trees, cars near Ramallah
A car with three Paleostinian men in it accelerated toward troops near the West Bank town of Bani Naim, with soldiers opening fire and killing one of them on Monday, the military said.
According to a preliminary probe by the army, soldiers had attempted to stop the suspicious car at an earlier checkpoint, before it crashed into an army vehicle near Bani Naim.
No injuries were caused to the soldiers, the Israel Defense Forces said.
The IDF said the troops then opened fire on the car, hitting the three Paleostinians inside.
Medics said that one of the Paleostinians was killed, one was maimed, and one was lightly hurt.
The military added that it set up roadblocks in the area as it conducted scans.
Separately, two alleged Paleostinian arms dealers were nabbed by Israeli commandos in the West Bank city of Nablus on Sunday, the military said.
The IDF said on Monday that soldiers of the Duvdevan Commando Unit, following intelligence provided by the Shin Bet, raided Nablus’s old city and captured "two bandidossnuffies who trafficked weapons intended to harm Israeli civilians and security forces."
The commandos entered the old city of Nablus and apprehended both suspects "within minutes," the military added.
Later on Monday, police said a knife-wielding Paleostinian set fire to a car belonging to a resident of an illegal Israeli farming outpost in the central West Bank and threatened settlers, who then rammed him with their car, "neutralizing the continued risk from his actions."
No settlers from the Hananya Farm outpost were maimed, police said in a statement, adding that officers went to the scene and were investigating. The suspect’s condition was unclear from the police statement.
A second Paleostinian suspect allegedly involved in the incident was captured hours later by IDF troops, the military said.
Violence in the West Bank has soared since the Hamas ..a contraction of the Arabic words for "frothing at the mouth",... attack on Israel triggered the Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with a rusty iron fist by Hamas with about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response... war in October 2023.
More than 1,100 Paleostinians have been killed in the West Bank by Israeli forces or settlers since the war started, according to the PA health ministry. The IDF says the vast majority of them were button men killed in exchanges of fire, rioters who clashed with troops, or bandidossnuffies carrying out attacks.
During the same period, 67 civilians and Israeli security personnel have been killed in terror attacks in Israel and the West Bank. Another eight members of the security forces were killed in festivities during raids in Paleostinian cities in the West Bank.
The past year has also seen a major surge in attacks by settler snuffies on Paleostinians and their property across the West Bank. The IDF recorded 867 incidents of nationalistic crime and settler violence in 2025. The total for 2024 was 682 incidents.
On Sunday evening, Paleostinian media reported that settlers set fire to olive trees and several vehicles at a car lot between the villages of Silwad and Ein Yabrud, in the Ramallah area. No injuries were reported.
Separately, three Paleostinians who were harvesting olives were maimed and hospitalized after a settler attack near the town of Ya’bad, the Paleostinian Authority’s official Wafa news outlet reported.
An elderly man was beaten and pepper-sprayed by the settlers, a 42-year-old suffered a broken leg, and another person suffered an unspecified injury to his left hand, the report said, citing the Paleostinian Red Islamic Thingy.
The three were taken to the Jenin Government Hospital for treatment, the report said.
