It’s also absolutely normal for protesters to be pulled from jail and sent to the front, and reports of men flocking to airports to get the hell out of the country are "fake," according to Putin’s spokesperson Dmitry Peskov. Who ya gonna believe? A professional liar or your lying eyes?
"Information about some kind of fuss at airports is greatly exaggerated. There is a lot of fake information appearing about this," Peskov was quoted saying by the Interfax news agency.
He went on to defend the distribution of draft notices to protesters who took to the streets to condemn the new war effort, deferred other questions about the supposedly "partial" mobilization to the defense ministry, and said a new bombshell report about Putin’s decree allowing for up to 1 million citizens to be drafted is a "lie."
The report, by Novaya Gazeta Europe, cited a source in the presidential administration who said the one redacted clause in Putin’s mobilization order contained a provision for up to 1 million people to be called up for service.

Yeah, well, I remember when Lyndon Johnson was drafting guys to fight in Vietnam before they were old enough to vote. He said we were fighting for democracy but he wouldn't let us vote. They always say we're fighting for democracy but somehow I'm not convinced.

[BZZZZZ so...satire] MIRAMAR, FL — Seeing the need to provide more affordable options for travelers affected by record inflation, Spirit Airlines has introduced a new bargain flight where they just launch you in a medieval catapult.
The announcement comes at a time when families have been forced to spend over $10,000 more per year on basic necessities due to unprecedented government spending and inflation.
"Technically, it's a mangonel, but the layperson can go ahead and call it a catapult," said Spirit Airlines CEO Barry Thurpurton, when describing the new service in which penny-pinching customers are loaded into the bucket of an old catapult and sent careening in the general direction of their destination city. "'Traction Trebuchet' also works, but that did not test well with focus groups.
"I saved so much money using Spirit Airlines' new catapult service," said one happy customer from an emergency room. "I look forward to flying home — via catapult — in a few months after they remove this body cast."
At publishing time, Spirit Airlines announced that, due to increased demand, they have introduced an affordable First Class catapult service where flight attendants duct tape a couple of pillows to your torso before you are hurtled through the air. Still probably better than my previous experience with this particular airline

Matt Walsh's Twitter thread speaks for itself. All the videos are short, and I urge you to take the time to listen to each one of them. What you'll see unfold is a medical center that is apparently willing to mutilate people, including children, for money, and that seems to have implemented oversight systems to ensure that no one on the medical staff can even attempt to dissuade people from destroying their bodies with chemicals and surgery without the threat of a career-destroying response.
Seeing these videos, it's natural to turn to the internet to find further information that would confirm what's happening or that would put the material in context, showing that it's not as bad as it seems. However, Vanderbilt University Medical Center has taken the original materials offline, including blocking access to web pages that might provide further information. (See, e.g., the pages that once gave information about Shayne Taylor, here and here, the doctor who touts the enormous profitability of so-called "transgender" procedures.) And while the Medical Center denies any actionable wrongdoing, it does not deny the specific facts set out below.
Naturally, because Walsh brought to a wider audience information that Vanderbilt Medical Center freely made available to the public, he was accused of terrorism and reported to the FBI.

GOP candidates, outside of Reagan, have not put up much of a fight for over the last hundred years. There's little reason to get your hopes over another party candidate. With Trump, we can at least hedge on vengeance.
