Somehow the protest group Code Pink got word that the President would be dining there, on that night, (speculation is that the owner, a big Democrat donor, might have leaked it) so members of Code Pink got a table. The second POTUS walked in, they started shouting. It doesn’t really matter what about ("Free Palestine," etc.). What matters is that these freaks were mere feet away from POTUS. It went on for about a half minute, according to Susan Crabtree, before POTUS got "angry" and "instructed" Secret Service to take them out.
Why did POTUS have to instruct them? Secret Service should have leapt into action immediately to stop the ruckus, because a ruckus can easily escalate very quickly, especially in that close, confined space.
I’d suggest we need hearings, again, on why the Secret Service cannot seem to secure this president, but it’s past time for that dog and pony show -- particularly after the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
People need to be fired. Immediately. And it should start with the top.

That should have happened 14 Jul 2024 in Butler PA, but it didn't. A great many federal officials should have been fired immediately after the attacks on 9/11/2001. Didn't happen then either. IIRC a great many of the US top command in Hawaii were removed from command shortly after the attack on Pearl Harbor.
The US Secret Service fully deserves to be abolished and a new protective organization excluding any of the 'dead wood' who might ever have worked federal security details.

Secret Service is not an organization where I want to see Mass firings and chaos. For them, I prefer to see consistent firings like there is a secret schedule that the tards don’t know about so they get all nervous about the Friday reapings. Same result as a mass firing, but the mission still gets done. More tension for embedded DEI bozos but when morale goes down HR can schedule some annoying and pointless cheer up activities like Funnel-cake Fridays.

Trump should immediately schedule a 'visit' to another DC restaurant. A 'visit' already preplanned to NEVER happen. Monitor all communications from staffers and security personnel not 'in the know' otherwise. Cancel at the last minute. Investigate everyone in or just outside of the facility.
