Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe said Friday evening on CNN that Friday's attack on the Capitol was "one of the results" of the Jan. 6 riot.
McCabe told CNN's Wolf Blitzer "it's not uncommon to have people who are suffering from some form of mental illness or emotional distress" to go to places like the Capitol, the White House or the FBI headquarters to air their grievances or delusions. He gave an example of a woman in 2013 who was shot when she drove her car from Connecticut to the White House and tried to drive through a checkpoint. Right, Andy. The guy hated the government, and the media will never let Jan. 6 go away, so it's Trump's fault. Again. Still. Always.

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — A mixed martial arts fighter had his finger severed during a match in Philadelphia, but doctors were eventually able to reattach it. Stop! Get your finger back on !
Khetag Pliev was injured Thursday night during the second round of his fight, which was stopped when the referee noticed Pliev was missing his left ring finger.
"In the second round, he (opponent Devin Goodale) caught my glove with one hand and held it," Pliev told ESPN. "I felt my finger snapped. He kept pulling my glove and my finger snapped. We kept fighting. When the second round was finished, I see my (bone) was out in the open. I wanted to keep fighting, because I felt like I had this guy. But the doctor saw that and stopped the fight. "
Event promoter Rob Haydak told ESPN that officials began searching inside the cage where the match was held, and an announcement was made to the crowd, asking them to look for it also. "It could be anywhere. Check your orifices and pockets"
After several minutes, the finger was ultimately discovered inside Pliev’s glove, Haydak said.
"It was crazy," Haydak told ESPN. "He didn’t even flinch. He was getting ready to do the (official) decision and I was like, ’Uh, guys, get him out of the cage and go put his finger back on.’"
Pliev was taken to a hospital where the finger was reattached. He said the doctor told him he tore 50% of the tendon on the finger, and he may need another procedure.
His opponent, Goodale, was ruled the winner by TKO. Pliev, though, said he will appeal the decision to the Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission, claiming Goodale illegally grabbed his gloves during the bout.
Pliev, 37, is a native of Russia who competed in the 2012 Olympics as a wrestler for Canada.
[NYPOST] New Jersey native Laura Jasorka says she finds it "freeing" sharing photos of her rock-climbing in the nude — insisting it’s "artistic" and "not pornographic at all."The 37-year-old climber told Caters News how she started posing for the au naturel climbs last year — getting nothing but encouraging comments when she regularly posts them online under the name Princess Slaya.
"I instantly fell in love with naked climbing as it felt so freeing," she said.
"I am more prone to grazes when rocking climbing and may end with more scratches. But at least I won’t snag my clothes!"
"My friends and family admire my photos as they think it is beautiful to see me at one with nature," she told the outlet.
"I’m not doing anything illegal and I don’t show off everything ... it’s not pornographic at all.
"I’d hate for others to look at the photos in that sort of way. I find the pictures are artistic."
She finds it so "empowering," in fact, that she now hopes to encourage other women to "appreciate their bodies," she told the outlet. "The other climbers, however, have complained about the snail trails"

I think, according to St. Fauxi, you can get it from someone who never had it, you can give it if you've never had it, you can get it over and over again and he'll tell you when you can get it again.
[NYPOST] An Iraqi boy no doubt etched his name into the phallic hall of fame after he was born with a whopping trio of penises."To the best of our knowledge, this is the first reported case with three penises or triphallia," wrote Dr. Shakir Saleem Jabali in a study on the treble-membered tyke published in the International Journal of Surgery Case Reports.
The baby boy, a Kurd from Duhok, was originally brought to the hospital by his parents when he was 3 months old due to swelling in the scrotum. However, a clean conscience makes a soft pillow... when he arrived, doctors observed that he had some extras — one 2-centimeter (0.8-inch) member sprouting near the root of his primary penis, and another 1-centimeter-long schlong situated under his sack.
The Hydra-esque anomaly was particularly mysterious as the child hadn’t been exposed to drugs in the womb and didn’t have a family history of genetic aberrations, study authors reported.
Alas, it seems that the boy’s potential future as the world’s first three-pronged porn star was nipped in the bud: Since Three Willy’s additional phalluses didn’t have urethras — the tube that urine passes through — doctors decided to surgically remove those two.
Fortunately, the operation went swimmingly and the formerly triphallic tot was deemed problem-free during a follow-up appointment a year later, per the case report.
A similar instance of triplet nether regions made headlines in India in 2015, but couldn’t be verified as it wasn’t documented in a medical journal, the Daily Mail reported at the time.

[ENGLISH.AAWSAT] Egypt is expecting more than $1 billion in compensation after a fat merchantman blocked the Suez Canal for nearly a week, according to the top canal official. He also warned the ship and its cargo will not be allowed leave Egypt if the issue of damages goes to court.
Lt. Gen. Ossama Rabei, head of the canal authority, said in a phone interview with a pro-government TV talk show on Wednesday that the amount takes into account the salvage operation, costs of stalled traffic, and lost transit fees for the week that the Ever Given had blocked the Suez Canal.
"It’s the country’s right," Rabei said, without specifying who would be responsible for paying the compensation. He added that in the past, canal authorities and the ship's owners have had a good relationship.
The massive fat merchantman is currently in one of the canal's holding lakes, where authorities and the ship's managers say an investigation is ongoing.
On Thursday, the ship's technical managers, Bernard Schulte Shipmanagement, said in an email to The News Agency that Dare Not be Named that the ship's crew was cooperating with authorities in their investigation into what led to the vessel running aground. They said that Suez Canal Authority Sherlocks have been given access to the Voyage Data Recorder, also known as a vessel's black box.

On what grounds ? Yea, ships were blocked on both sides of the canal, and waited for the opening, didn't cost a billion dollars to open the canal, i.e. get the ship refloated and out. the ships that waited paid the $700,000 per ship passage fee. Really a Billion, try making it 2 or 3 Billion... you really are way off base here.

I understand Mauser was even paid royalties until WWI started.

[Newsmax] President Joseph Biden pledged to stand with Ukraine against Russian "aggression" in his first official phone call with his counterpart, Volodymyr Zelenskiy, who raised concerns of troop movement near the border.
Biden "affirmed the United States’ unwavering support for Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity in the face of Russia’s ongoing aggression in the Donbas and Crimea," the White House said Friday in a readout of the call.
Ukraine has asked for international support as Russian builds up troops along their shared border, raising concerns of an escalation in the seven-year conflict. Four soldiers were killed in the eastern zone on March 26, marking the deadliest day since at least the summer of 2020. The U.S. has imposed sanctions against Russia for annexing Crimea in 2014 and supporting separatist fighters, while providing Ukraine with military equipment, including Javelin anti-tank missiles.
"President Biden assured me that Ukraine will be never left alone against Russia’s aggression," Zelenskiy said in a video address after the call. A full cease-fire is necessary to continue "the difficult but necessary talks" with international leaders, including France, Germany and Russia, as well as the U.S., on resolving the conflict in a diplomatic matter, he said.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Friday that "Russia hasn’t threatened anyone and has never threatened anyone." Earlier in the week, in answer to a question about about deployments near the border with Ukraine, he said Russia has the right to move troops within its territory at its own discretion, and blamed Western powers for sparking tensions in the region.
The U.S. also supports Zelenskiy’s "plan to tackle corruption and implement a reform agenda based on our shared democratic values that delivers justice, security, and prosperity to the people of Ukraine," according to the White House readout.
Friday’s call followed conversations between Ukraine’s foreign and defense ministers and their U.S. and U.K. counterparts about tensions in the eastern Donbas region.

MOSCOW (Reuters) - The Kremlin said on Friday that any deployment of NATO troops to Ukraine would lead to further tensions near Russia’s borders and force Moscow to take extra measures to ensure its own security.
NATO voiced concern on Thursday over what it said was a big Russian military build-up near eastern Ukraine after Russia warned that a serious escalation in the conflict in Ukraine’s Donbass region could "destroy" Ukraine.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Friday that the situation at the contact line in eastern Ukraine between Ukrainian government forces and Russian-backed separatist forces was quite frightening and that multiple "provocations" were taking place there.
U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin on Thursday spoke with his Ukrainian counterpart, Andrii Taran, and "condemned recent escalations of Russian aggressive and provocative actions in eastern Ukraine," the Pentagon said.
[France24] U.S. President Joe Biden used a first official phone call with President Volodymyr Zelenskiy on Friday to offer staunch support in Ukraine's standoff over Russian troops near its border.
Washington has been Ukraine's most powerful ally since Russia's annexation of Crimea in 2014 but ties were overshadowed by Ukraine's unwilling involvement in events leading to the impeachment trial of Biden's predecessor Donald Trump.
The conversation came after Western nations and transatlantic military alliance NATO voiced concern over Russian troop movements near the eastern Donbass region where Ukrainian troops are in conflict with Russian-backed forces.
"President Biden affirmed the United States' unwavering support for Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity in the face of Russia's ongoing aggression in the Donbass and Crimea," a U.S. statement said.
The call lasted about 50 minutes, according to Zelenskiy's chief of staff.
"We discussed the situation in Donbass in detail. President Biden assured me that Ukraine will never be left alone against Russia's aggression," the Ukrainian president said in a video statement afterwards.
Russia said this week that an escalation in Donbass could "destroy" Ukraine and warned against any NATO deployment.
[Washington Examiner] Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp said, "We are not backing down" against the multiple corporations boycotting the state's recently signed voting overhaul law.
His response came just hours after Major League Baseball announced it was moving its All-Star Game and 2021 draft from Atlanta in protest of Georgia’s new voting law.
"I mean, really unfortunate today, obviously, the Major League Baseball has folded up and cave to the canceled culture, and a bunch of liberal lies, quite honestly, and what's even more sad is the president of the United States, Joe Biden, and people like Stacey Abrams labeling the Election Integrity Act [as] Jim Crow," Kemp told Fox News host Tucker Carlson on Friday.
Kemp signed the bill into law on March 25 and has argued the measure is designed to make it "easy to vote and hard to cheat."
However, since the bill's signing, numerous voting rights advocates and notable corporations such as Apple, Delta, Coca-Cola, and several more have released statements in disapproval of the law.
When asked whether the boycott would affect the recently signed law, Kemp said, "No, I think just a reverse. I can tell you, we are not backing down."
The Peach State governor added, "The members of the Legislature that voted on this bill that were duly elected in November are not backing down. People are rising up because they're worried, you know, they're worried what sports are going to be next, you know, what events are going to be next, what business is going to be next."
The state's voting law requires a photo ID in order to vote absentee by mail. Voting rights advocates argue that any ID requirements associated with voting disproportionately affect people of color and low-income communities. Georgia, however, offers a free state ID that can be used to request ballots.

I support the New Voter Honesty Law.
But Ga. needs to get out in front of this and
start going on the Attack.
Is Delta, MLB, Coke and etc... actually supporting Illegal Voting? Because by their actions, aren't they saying whats 20 to 40 thousand illegal votes against the Corporate Net Profits of likely $$ Millions for jumping on board and pretending to support the Democrat challenge to Honest Vote Casting, Vote Monitoring & Open Public of Uniform Statewide voting regulations?
NOTE: GA. has for years offered a FREE 5 Year GA Voter With Pic ID. So why is the issue of ID constantly being brought up?
The Democrats problem is simply the new GA. Law has taken statewide uniformed steps to insure 1 real Living GA. Resident get 1 Vote. Thus eliminating 10's of 1000's extra illegally printed ballots non-existent Voter, the comatose nursing home voters, Convicted Felons, Persons with 4 versions of their name in 4 different counties, and the WiFi remotely programmable on the fly, voting machines.
Remember TRUMP lost GA. by a mere 12,600 according to the last GA SOS Office count. That less than 1/2 of a percent.
BTW: To put that into perspective. How many Boxes full of illegally printed and filled in ballots did that Stacy Abrams Campaign worker, returning home to NY, get caught leaving in his rental car at the Atlanta Airport? I heard about 4,200.

That seems to be the gist of it. Kemp needs to do more than claim that he won't back down. This is war. He needs to call these bastards out for the criminals they are. Boycott them, he should be saying. Tax the hell out of them. Let them leave Georgia. Let the Hollywood types go back to filming in Hollywood where Newsom will tax the hell out of them. Let them have New York. Tell them they can go to hell.

[The Drive] When it comes to phantom aircraft that are the product of 'bleeding-edge' technologies and supposedly exist only in the shadows, the so-called RQ-180 is unrivaled in our time. The existence of this high-altitude, long-endurance (HALE) stealth drone has all but been officially disclosed. Specters of its existence and growing maturity seem to materialize around every turn, and as of November 2020, the public may have gotten its first glimpse of this aircraft that has existed behind a veil of secrecy and innuendo for over a decade. This is the first in a three-part series—the product of a ghost hunt of sorts that has lasted well over two years—that tells the story—as best as we can piece it together—of what is likely the most important military aircraft of a generation.
WHAT IS AN "RQ-180?"
First off, we have no idea what the exotic flying machine in question's actual designation is. The name comes from Aviation Week's original reporting on an aircraft that some of us had speculated existed for some time. The RQ-180 designation is simply a notional expansion of the designation of Lockheed Martin's Skunk Works' RQ-170 Sentinel. The two platforms are in some way complementary to one another, but the RQ-170 is definitely the older, lower-tier, lower-flying, more tactically-oriented, and less advanced of the two concepts. Both are flying wing designs. They are or certainly will be capable of integrating together, at least to some degree, but beyond that, they are not directly related.

[NationalInterest] During the Second World War, the major combatant nations all largely still employed bolt action rifles that were little changed from those used a generation earlier during the First World War. Only the United States military widely employed a semi-automatic infantry rifle—the M1 Garand. While both Germany and the Soviet Union developed semi-automatic rifles, with the G43 and SVT-40 respectively, neither of those rifles was utilized in significant numbers.
However, France stood apart in many respects as its military actually developed a new, and more compact, bolt action rifle, the MAS-36. Additionally, even before the outbreak of the war in 1939, French military designers began to develop a semi-automatic version of the MAS-36. The weapon had reached a prototype stage by November 1939—during the so-called “Phony War” stage of the conflict.
In December 1939, the French military even issued an order for 100,000 of the new “self-loading” rifles. However, Manufacture d’armes de Saint-Étienne—the primary French facility for small arms production—was already geared up to produce the bolt action MAS-36, it couldn’t switch tooling without impacting its production efforts. It was planned for the first of the semi-automatic rifles to arrive en mass by early 1941.
Following the German blitzkrieg, which resulted in the defeat of the French Army and the signing of an Armistice with Germany, the staff of the Saint-Étienne arsenal actually managed to conceal that it was ready to produce the new rifle. The staff hid this fact not only from the Germans but also the new French Vichy government, which knew it was being developed and had sought to put it into production. The fear was that the rifle, even if produced for the Vichy military, would fall into the hands of the Germans.
As a result, the staff hid the prototypes as well as any drawings and documents related to the rifle.
It was only in 1944 that production actually resumed on the semi-automatic rifle, and some 6,000 MAS-44 rifles were eventually manufactured and subsequently issued to the Marine Command units that were sent to the French Navy to “liberate” Indochina following the end of the Second World War.
This is pretty much what she’s good at — as I recall she was not one of your skilled statesman types.
