Sudan's RSF claims control of Suki, army silent
[SUDANTRIBUNE] Sudan
...a Moslem country located in the Horn of Africa. It is noted for its affinity for rule by ex- or current generals, its holy men, and for the oppression of the native Afro population by its Arab conquerors. South Sudan, populated mostly by the natives, split off from Sudan proper, which left North and South Darfur to be oppressed by the guys with turbans...
’s Rapid Support Forces (RSF) said on Thursday it had seized the town of Suki in Sennar state, about 40 km (25 miles) east of the state capital, while the army did not immediately comment.

The paramilitary RSF said in a statement late on Wednesday that its forces had taken full control of Suki and inflicted heavy losses on the army, capturing dozens of soldiers.

The Sennar Youth Gathering, a coalition of civilian resistance committees, confirmed the RSF had taken control of Suki.

Field sources aligned with the army said their forces had withdrawn to the outskirts of Suki and were working to regain control.

Local sources told Sudan Tribune that battles were also fought on Thursday in the Qaladima area, north of Suki and southeast of Sennar city.

The Sudanese army has not yet officially commented on the RSF’s claims.

The capture of Suki means the RSF now controls six of the seven localities in Sennar state, leaving the army in control of Sennar city only.

The RSF had extended its control over much of Sennar state in June by seizing the strategic Jabal Moya area, before entering Singa and several other towns.

Suki lies on the eastern bank of the Blue Nile and is home to one of Sudan’s most important irrigated agricultural projects.

#1  First the RSF occupies land south of Khartoum on both the Blue and White Nile Rivers. Then it takes Red Sea and Port Sudan. That will leave the so-called government force in a small sector of Khartoum south and a small sector of El Fasher in Darfur. When those two fall the Arab puissance in Sudan will revert back to 11th century occupation of the Nile south of Wadi Halfa. With that, history will be re-written.

Sudan's RSF accused of abuses as it advances on Sennar city
[SUDANTRIBUNE] Sudan’s paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) have seized six villages southeast of Sennar city, activists said on Friday, amid reports of widespread abuses against civilians and mass displacement.

The RSF announced on Thursday it had taken control of the Al-Suki area, tightening its grip on the city of Sennar, the capital of Sennar state.

“The RSF are spreading in the villages southeast of Sennar like cancer, engaging in their favoured hobby of violations, looting, and abuse of unarmed citizens,” said the Sennar Youth Gathering in a statement.

The group listed the villages of Al-Trirat Al-Kufa, Ibrahim Janqoh, Ku’ Al-Nahl, Trira Madani, Al-Khalij, and Qaladima as being overrun by the RSF, with looting forcing residents to flee.

The RSF seized most of Sennar state in late June, including the strategic Jabal Moya area and the state capital Singa. This allowed the paramilitary group to advance on several localities, leaving the army with control only over Sennar city.

Heavy fighting is expected in Sennar in the coming days, with the RSF mobilizing fighters on four fronts: Jabal Moya from the west, Al-Nuraniya from the south, Al-Suki from the east, and the sugar factory from the north.

22 dead in shelling of El-Fasher
[ARABNEWS] Besieging Sudan
...a Moslem country located in the Horn of Africa. It is noted for its affinity for rule by ex- or current generals, its holy men, and for the oppression of the native Afro population by its Arab conquerors. South Sudan, populated mostly by the natives, split off from Sudan proper, which left North and South Darfur to be oppressed by the guys with turbans...
ese paramilitary forces pounded El-Fasher on Saturday, witnesses said, killing 22 people in Darfur’s last city outside their control, according to a hospital source.

El-Fasher has become a key battleground in the 15-month-long war pitting the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces, or RSF, against the regular army.

The battle for the North Darfur state capital, seen as crucial for humanitarian aid in a region on the brink of famine, has raged for more than two months.

Witnesses said El-Fasher had come under heavy artillery bombardment by the RSF on Saturday. "The shelling destroyed some houses," one witness said.

Mali army fights separatists on Algeria border
[NEWARAB] Mali troops and their Russian allies on Thursday battled separatist rebels near the border with Algeria, a front man for the rebels and a witness told AFP.

The junta that took power in 2020 has made a priority of securing all of the country from separatists and jihadist bad boys.
A good priority. Happy hunting, guys!
It has claimed several victories in recent weeks and on Wednesday launched an offensive on Tinzaouatene, near the border with Algeria.

Mohammed Elmaouloud Ramadane, a front man for the CSP-DPA mainly ethnic Touareg separatist alliance,
…the current name of the Azawad separatists…
said that Mali troops and "Russian mercenaries from the Wagner group" had "tried to take possession of Tinzaouatene, the last base of civilians who fled their abuses".

"We have inflicted many casualties on the Wagner mercenaries and the auxiliaries of the Malian army," the front man added.

The Mali army made no immediate comment, but a military source said the army was "continuing to secure national territory".

A civilian source speaking from the Algerian side of the border said that firing could be heard in Mali.

Separatist groups lost control of several districts in 2023 after a military offensive that saw junta forces take Kidal, the pro-independence northern bastion and a major target for the government.

South African police detain 95 Libyans at suspected military camp
[NEWARAB] South African authorities rounded up 95 Libyans on Friday in a raid at a farm that appeared to have been converted into an illegal military training base, police said.

The morning raid was in a remote area outside the town of White River in the northeastern province of Mpumalanga, about 360 kilometres (220 miles) east of Johannesburg.

"The 95 individuals taken into custody are all Libyan nationals and are currently being questioned by the relevant authorities," police said in a statement.

The Libyans had entered South Africa in April and claimed to be training to be security guards, officials said.

"They allegedly misrepresented themselves on (their) visa application to SA claiming they were coming to train as security guards," police spokeswoman Athlenda Mathe said in a statement on X.

But police in Mpumalanga "suspect they are receiving military training", she said, and they were arrested for contravening the immigration act.

Newzroom Afrika television footage from the scene showed a heavy police presence outside the suspected camp, which included green military-style tents.

It showed the detained men standing in groups and wearing civilian clothing.

A sign leading to the facility described it as an academy offering "specialised security training", an AFP reporter said.

"The place, which was initially designated as a training site, appears to have been converted into an illegal military training base," the police statement said.

No weapons or illegal substances were found on the site immediately but a search was ongoing, a police official told AFP.

The raid was launched after authorities received intelligence about the site in the province, which adjoins Mozambique and Eswatini.

FSB reports on preventing terrorist attacks in Dagestan
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[KavkazUzel] Three residents of Kaspiysk were preparing a series of terrorist attacks in Dagestan, including in law enforcement buildings and an Orthodox church. The suspects have been detained, the FSB reported.

According to the FSB public relations center, security forces detained three local residents in Kaspiysk who were planning a series of terrorist attacks in Dagestan.

The detainees are supporters of an international terrorist organization banned by the court in Russia; they were planning to commit sabotage and terrorist acts against law enforcement agencies in Dagestan, and were also preparing an attack on an Orthodox church, RIA Novosti reported today, citing a statement from the center.

Searches were conducted at the detainees' places of residence, weapons, improvised explosive devices, and instructions on how to conduct combat operations in urban and forested areas were found. The detainees confessed. A criminal case was opened under articles on preparing a terrorist attack, organizing a terrorist society, and illegally manufacturing explosives, the report said.

There were no comments from representatives of the detainees.

Israeli athletes being given extra security at Olympics
[GEO.TV] Since the last Games — the Winter Olympics held in Beijing in 2022 — wars have erupted in Ukraine and Gaza, providing a tense international backdrop.

Israeli competitors are being escorted by elite tactical units to and from events and are given 24-hour protection throughout the Olympics Games due to the war in Gaza, officials say.

The Israel delegation got some boos, as it sailed by spectators, Reuters reporters saw. Chants of "Palestine! Palestine! Palestine!" rose from the crowd as the boat passed.

Turkiye stages artillery strikes on Kurd fighters in Iraq
[ARABNEWS] Turkiye staged new artillery strikes against Kurdish separatist positions in northern Iraq, the defense ministry and Iraqi sources said Saturday.

While President His Enormity, Sultan Recep Tayyip Erdogan the First
...Turkey's version of Mohammed Morsi but they voted him back in so they deserve him. It's a sin, a shame, and a felony to insult the president of Turkey. In Anatolia did Recep Bey a stately Presidential Palace decree, that has 1100 rooms. That's 968 more than in the White House, 400 more than in Versailles, and 325 more than Buckingham Palace, so you know who's really more important...
this month said operations against the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) in Iraq were coming to an end, a security source in northern Iraq said the latest overnight shelling was "intense."

"In line with our right to self-defense... air operations were carried out against terrorist targets in northern Iraq, in the Gara, Qandil and Asos regions," Turkiye’s defense ministry said in a statement.

The Ottoman Turkish army named 25 targets including PKK "caves, bunkers, shelters, stores and installations." Turkiye and most of its western allies consider the PKK to be a terrorist group. It has been fighting the Ottoman Turkish state since 1984.

Kamran Othman, a member of the Community Peacemakers Teams (CPT) group working in Iraqi Kurdistan, said the attacks lasted about 45 minutes and there were no civilian victims of the shelling.

The Ottoman Turkish army said it had "neutralized several terrorists."

CPT says it has recorded more than 230 artillery shelling incidents since June 15, some of which have started fires on agricultural land and hit civilians.

Turkiye says it wants to establish a security zone in northern Iraq and Syria to prevent bad boy incursions.

[RT] Israel bombs targets in Lebanon
[RT] The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has confirmed that it carried out airstrikes against multiple targets in southern Lebanon. This came after Israeli officials vowed to retaliate after 12 people were killed when a rocket hit a football field in the occupied Golan Heights.

The attacks were reported by multiple news outlets in the early hours of Sunday. According to Al Jazeera, explosions were heard in the coastal city of Tyre and several villages along the Israel-Lebanon border.

Later, the IDF said in the statement that its air force “struck a series of Hezbollah terror targets” overnight, “both deep inside Lebanese territory and in southern Lebanon, including weapons caches and terrorist infrastructure in the areas of Chabriha, Borj El Chmali, and Beqaa, Kfarkela, Rab El Thalathine, Khiam, and Tayr Harfa.”

Tensions flared up on Saturday when a rocket struck the Druze village of Majdal Shams. The Israeli government blamed Hezbollah for the attack, the victims of which were mostly children. The Lebanon-based group rejected the accusations.

The UN special coordinator for Lebanon, Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert, and the commander of UN peacekeepers in Lebanon, Aroldo Lazaro, released a joint statement on Sunday, calling for “the parties to exercise maximum restraint and to put a stop to the ongoing intensified exchanges of fire.”

The escalation “could ignite a wider conflagration that would engulf the entire region in a catastrophe beyond belief,” they said.

#1  I wish this could be contained for just a few months until Israel has deployed the iron beam technology.

Of course as long as I am wishing, I wish Israel had been prepared for the Oct 7 Hamas attacks. How different things would have been if 1700 Hamas attackers had been eliminated with, say, fewer than a dozen civilian deaths.

But I quite agree with you — it’s so cute that his excellency, President Erdogan in his rôle as Sultan Recep Tayip Erdogan I (“the much beloved”), reared up on his hind legs to announce a thing that even the most hate-filled of Israel’s enemies know to be utterly impossible.

He should be careful though, that his people do not come to call him the Turkish version of Epimanes, like the fourth Antiochus of the Seleucid line.

IDF carries out drone strike in Nablus, hours after shooting lightly wounds soldier
[IsraelTimes] Two Palestinian reported killed as army operates in Balata camp; troops search for the assailants who fired at military post

The IDF carried out a drone strike in the Balata camp near the West Bank city of Nablus Saturday afternoon during an operation, the military said.

The Palestinian Authority health ministry reported two dead and 22 wounded as a result of the Israeli drone strike.

Palestinian media identified the slain men as Louay Masha, 17, and Ali Hashash, 24. Masha was identified as a member of an armed group in Balata.

On Saturday morning an IDF soldier was lightly injured in a shooting attack that targeted an army post near Nablus, the military said.

According to the IDF, Palestinian gunmen opened fire from deep within Nablus at the army post. Troops were searching for the assailants.

The soldier was taken to a hospital and was in good condition.

Hours before the Saturday incidents near Nablus, a Border Police officer shot at a car that accelerated toward cops in East Jerusalem’s Issawiya, “neutralizing” the driver in the early hours of Saturday morning, the force said.

Police said the officer opened fire after feeling his life was in danger, adding that an investigation into the incident was underway.

The driver was seriously wounded and taken to a local hospital, according to Hebrew media reports. No policemen were injured.

Since October 7, troops have arrested some 4,400 wanted Palestinians across the West Bank, including more than 1,850 affiliated with Hamas.

According to the PA health ministry, 589 West Bank Palestinians have been killed in that time. The IDF says the vast majority of them were gunmen killed in exchanges of fire, rioters who clashed with troops or terrorists carrying out attacks.

During the same period, 23 Israelis, including security personnel, have been killed in terror attacks in Israel and the West Bank. Another five members of the security forces were killed in clashes with terror operatives in the West Bank.

Israel airstrike hits Gaza shelter, leaving 30 dead
[FoxNews] Hamas operated a command and control center in the Deir Al-Bala school, according to the IDF.

Israeli airstrikes hit a school being used by displaced people in central Gaza on Saturday, killing dozens of people, as the country’s negotiators prepared to meet international mediators to discuss a proposed cease-fire.

At least 30 people sheltering at a girls' school in Deir Al-Balah were taken to Al Aqsa Hospital and pronounced dead after a strike that Israel's military said targeted a Hamas command and control center used to store weapons and plan attacks.

Gaza's Health Ministry said at least 11 people had been killed in other strikes on Saturday.

Earlier, Israel's military ordered the evacuation of a part of a designated humanitarian zone in Gaza ahead of a planned strike on Khan Younis on Saturday.

The evacuation order was in response to rocket fire that Israel said originated from the area. The military said it planned an operation against Hamas militants in the city, including parts of Muwasi, the crowded tent camp in an area where Israel has told thousands of Palestinians to seek refuge throughout the war.

It’s the second evacuation order issued in a week that has included striking part of the humanitarian zone, a 60-square-kilometer (roughly 20-square-mile) blanketed with tent camps that lack sanitation and medical facilities and have limited access to aid, United Nations and humanitarian groups say. Israel expanded the zone in May to take in people fleeing Rafah, where more than half of Gaza’s population at the time had crowded.

According to Israeli estimates, about 1.8 million Palestinians are currently sheltering there.. In November, the military said the area could still be struck and that it was "not a safe zone, but it is a safer place than any other" in Gaza.

Further north, Palestinians mourned the deaths of seven killed by Israeli airstrikes overnight on Zawaida, in central Gaza.

Palestinian fighters threaten PA security services after Tulkarm hospital incident
[NEWARAB] Paleostinian fighters threatened to shoot members of the Paleostinian Authority's (PA) security services on Friday after forces allegedly tried to arrest a senior murderous Moslem from a hospital in the occupied West Bank.

The Jenin Battalion, affiliated with Paleostinian Islamic Jihad
...created after many members of the Egyptian Moslem Brotherhood decided the organization was becoming too moderate. Operations were conducted out of Egypt until 1981 when the group was exiled after the assassination of President Anwar Sadat. They worked out of Gaza until they were exiled to Lebanon in 1987, where they clove tightly to Hezbollah. In 1989 they moved to Damascus, where they remain a subsidiary of Hezbollah...
's armed wing the al-Quds Brigades, made the threat after the alleged attempt to raid Tulkarm's Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital to arrest Mohammed Jaber.

Both Fatah, the faction that dominates the Paleostinian Authority, and the local governor said security forces entered the hospital for other reasons. Fatah said forces sought to protect Jaber after reports of Israeli special forces in the city.

Jaber, also known as Abu Shujaa, commands the Tulkarm Battalion affiliated with the al-Quds Brigades.

The Jenin Battalion said in a statement: "We direct our message to personnel of the security services.

"We declare before God and all people that they, like the enemy [Israel], only understand the language of bullets and force.

"If anyone attacks us, we will attack them in kind. And those who abuse or shed the blood of the mujahideen [fighters] and the mothers of the deaders will meet our response accordingly."

The Jenin Battalion said "masked and heavily armed" members of the security forces "appeared before us" to "besiege and storm one of the hospitals in Tulkarm, attempting to arrest the commander and man pursued by the occupation [Israel] Abu Shujaa al-Jaber after he was injured".

The group said security forces had done this before in the city of Jenin, trying to "arrest and abduct" members of the Jenin Battalion from a hospital there.

"They also assaulted the mothers of the deaders who went to protect their sons, and they had done the same previously with the mothers of the deaders of the Jenin Battalion who were visiting the city of Tulkarm," the group added.

Paleostinian Islamic Jihad said in a statement that "before the ink has dried on the reconciliation agreements signed at the Beijing conference" the PA's security services "have proceeded to surround" Abu Shujaa.

Hamas
..a contraction of the Arabic words for "frothing at the mouth",...
announced on Tuesday it had signed an agreement in Beijing with other Paleostinian organizations including rivals Fatah to work together for "national unity", with China describing it as a deal to rule Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamas with about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response...
together once the war ends.

Israel's war on Gaza has killed at least 39,258 people, according to the coastal enclave's health ministry.
Contradictory statements

Fatah and the governor of Tulkarm issued two contradictory statements about what happened at Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital but agreed on defending the security services.

Governor Mustafa Taqatqa said Paleostinian security stormed the hospital to prevent it from being raided by armed individuals, while the Fatah movement in Tulkarm said the forces entered to protect Abu Shujaa after reports of Israeli special forces in the city.

Taqatqa said an injured person arrived injured at the medical facility and that security went to investigate as normal.

After they arrived, according to the governor, they were shot at and a group of people then tried to storm the hospital and the security forces handled them to maintain the hospital's security and the safety of the patients.

The forces withdrew without making any arrests to preserve Paleostinian blood and protect civil peace.

Fatah in Tulkarm said in its statement that it intervened in cooperation with Taqatqa to maintain internal unity and the security establishment's desire to protect national resources and institutions.

The movement said security forces were present because of information that Israel planned to raid the hospital to arrest an injured person.

170 killed in days-long Israeli operation, says Gaza civil defense
[ARABNEWS] Gaza’s civil defense agency said Saturday that Israel’s military operation around Khan Yunis has killed about 170 people and wounded hundreds since it started on Monday.

“Since the beginning of the Israeli military operation in the Khan Yunis area, we are talking of approximately 170 martyrs and hundreds of wounded,” agency spokesman Mahmud Bassal told AFP.

He said many people had been displaced again on Saturday as the Israeli operation continued.

“The questions is where will these residents go?” Basal said.

“Anyone who sees the situation in Khan Yunis will witness thousands of people spread out on the ground, on the roads, in areas that unfortunately are not suitable for living.

“With no other options available, they are exposing themselves to death.”

Earlier on Saturday the military issued new evacuation orders for residents of the southern city, after retrieving the bodies of five Israelis and warning of new operations.

The United Nations said more than 180,000 Palestinians have fled Khan Yunis since the Israeli operation began on Monday.

The evacuation orders and “intensified hostilities” have “significantly destabilized aid operations,” it added, reporting “dire water, hygiene and sanitation conditions” across the Palestinian territory.

The Israeli military said it launched the operation to halt rocket fire from the area, which already saw heavy fighting earlier this year.

On Wednesday, it said troops had retrieved the bodies of five Israelis from the area.

They had been killed during the Hamas attacks of October 7 and their bodies taken back to Gaza, the military said.

On Saturday, it ordered residents from more parts of Khan Yunis “to temporarily evacuate to the adjusted humanitarian area in Al-Mawasi” — the second such adjustment made to the safe zone within a week.

Hezbollah rocket of Iranian production kills 12 children in Majdal Shams, dozens wounded
My apologies to all — it appears that this article was hit by stray gamma rays and erased. I think this is the one it was — if the poster (who I think was Frank G) will confirm or correct, we’ll fix it.

My thanks for your patience,

[Jpost] According to military guidelines, the residents of several localities in the Northern Galilee were told to stay near shelters following the direct hit.

In a pivotal escalation of the war between Hezbollah and Israel, the terrorist group on Saturday evening launched an Iranian-made rocket towards the North, hitting a soccer field near a playground in the Druze town of Majdal Shams.

There were 12 children and teenagers killed, all between the ages of 10 and 20, when a rocket struck a soccer field. At least 19 were wounded to varying degrees, including six seriously injured, three moderately, and 10 lightly injured, including those suffering from anxiety attacks.By press time, 11 names were confirmed by authorities: Fajr Laith Abu Salah, Amir Rabi Abu Salah, 16, Hazem Akram Abu Salah, 16, John Wadie Ibrahim, 15, Izil Nashat Ayoub, 13, Finis Adham Safadi, 12, Alma Ayman Fakhr al-Din, 12, Yazan Naif Abu Salah, 11, Naji Taher Halabi, 11, Millar Maadad al-Shaar, 11, and Nazem Fakher Saeb, 10.

Hezbollah quickly denied any connection to the incident. IDF chief spokesman R-Adm. Daniel Hagari that the rocket was a Falaq 1 rocket of Iranian production whose warhead carried over 50 kilos of explosives. Hagari stated such a rocket is to be found in Hezbollah’s possession, adding the terror group had “carried out the launch from the Chebaa area in Lebanon.” Hagari also named the Hezbollah commander who guided the fire as “Ali Muhammad Yihye.”

The wounded were evacuated to hospitals by Magen David Adom teams and IDF helicopters, MDA said, adding that, following the strike, about 100 doses and blood components were provided to hospitals. Rambam Hospital in Haifa said that 4 of the 5 children it received underwent surgeries during the night, and were hospitalized in the intensive care unit at the Ruth Children’s Hospital in Rambam (three of them are breathing independently) while one was in the pediatric surgery department. In Safed, Ziv Medical Center said that of the 39 wounded it received, 17 were in a moderate-severe condition, 21 in a minor condition and one person died of wounds immediately upon arrival.

Earlier, an IDF situational assessment stated the rocket launch toward Majdal Shams was carried out by Hezbollah. A senior official from Hezbollah, Mohammad Afif, told Reuters on Saturday that the group was not responsible for the strike, although later Hagari stated that the terror organization was lying.

From the analysis of the IDF’s operational systems, the rocket launch was carried out from an area located north of the village of Chebaa in southern Lebanon.

SITUATIONAL ASSESSMENTS OF THE INCIDENT
IDF Chief of Staff, Lt.-Gen. Herzi Halevi, the Northern Command’s Commanding Officer, the Operations Directorate Head, the Israel Air Force Head, and other members of the General Staff Forum conducted a situational assessment of the incident.

In addition, the Northern Command’s Commanding Office Maj.-Gen. Ori Gordin conducted a situational assessment in Majdal Shams where he also visited the area of the direct hit. Gordin also spoke with Sheikh Muwafaq Tarif, the head of the Druze community.

Alarms were activated in the Majdal Shams area in the Northern Galilee at 6:18 p.m. Israel Army Radio later reported that an initial IDF investigation found that it had been impossible to give a longer warning time and that an interceptor had not been launched due to topographical challenges. The rocket’s low flight reportedly made the interception difficult.

Army Radio added that detecting the rocket was, however, no difficulty, and while an alarm sounded, the short distance from launch to impact made earlier warning impossible.

The military said residents had about 20 seconds to react to the alarm, but the Israeli outlet added that locals reported only having a few seconds.

In the most recent barrage of rockets since the hit in Majdal Shams, 100 rockets were reportedly fired, according to the Hezbollah-affiliated Al-Mayadeen network.

Earlier, a barrage of rockets was fired Saturday evening toward Neve Ativ at 5:55 p.m., which included approximately 10 projectiles from Lebanon, the IDF reported. All projectiles fell in open areas and there were no injuries reported.

At 5:24 p.m., approximately 30 rockets were seen crossing from Lebanon into Israel, and alarms were activated in Kiryat Shmona, Tel Hai, Margaliot, and across the Northern Galilee. In this instance, the IDF Aerial Defense Array intercepted numerous projectiles, and the rest fell in open areas. In this instance, also no injuries were reported.

The shooting was carried out in response to the elimination of four Radwan force operatives in southern Lebanon Saturday evening, Ynet reported. These operatives included Naeem Ali Farhat and Ahmad Hikmat Musa from the al-Bekaa region in northeastern Lebanon, Mohammed Ali Mustafa Merish from Beirut, and Hassan Al-Halal Al-Saidi from the town of Toul in southern Lebanon, Ynet reported, citing Hezbollah.

This brings the total number of the organization’s fatalities since the start of the war to 383.
