#3 Assuming their intentions are good, which is debatable, they are at the very least stooges for malevolent forces like Hamas. IIRC, you will also find MSF and the Red Cross helping all the Third World types as they make their way to our southern border to invade our country.

#6 Recently had a creepy grocery-door-fundraiser encounter with two MSF guys. Struck me as nurse and doc (or doc wannabe). Absolutely not rent-a-bums. Thirty-ish, maybe a couple, hard left vibe. Went full if-looks-could-kill at first hint that I wasn't down (and I wasn't even trying to spoil a sale, my usual mode in that situation). On lonely mountain path, I'd have been thinking "goodbye, organs." Real Bay Area shit, practically on me doorstep
