#8 ^6. In this case it would be buying the production facilities and/or distribution network. Eventually, they will lay off enough folks such that the overhead of the facilities will drive the sell off. It will be similar to what you have seen by GM over the last forty years. One GM plant makes a lot of Teslas currently. If Swabb gets his dream, the plants could be used to make our porridge.

#10 Went to a favorite pub yesterday. The wife pointed out they still have Bud Lite etched on some glasses.

#11 Re #3, beware the 'pyrex' label on a glass cooking utensil. Pyrex™ is borosilicate glass and (*spit*) 'pyrex' is a trademark for marketing soda glass.
