#4 Sadly, most of the cuts of beef you buy at the store have only about 50% or less of the fat that they had back 20 years ago.

To make the beef taste better you now have to slather on salt, pepper and sauce before the cooking phase.

This is particularly true of the ribs

It's enough that I sometime like fried chicken for father's day.
