#1 Putin was years ahead on this. Western countries especially industrialized are seeing huge population losses. Look at Japan for example, major problems there. Muslims however and poor countries still growing. In Nepal,India,and Bangladesh they have huge families, yes families. The migrant immigration into America is one tool to grow population here. Democrat's think automatic voters but these people especially from Latin America are mostly family oriented from what I have seen and hard working.

#2 Not growing nearly as much as they used to, Dale According to the CIA World Factbook, Bangladesh’s total fertility rate (TFR) this year is only 2.08 children born/woman, leading to a population growth rate of 0.91%; Nepal’s TFR is 1.88 for a Pop.Growth Rate of 0.74%; while India’s numbers are 2.07 and 0.7%..
