#3 This is a rule that needs changed. The House and Senate majority leaders are elected right after the election. With the same scumbags that are voted out!

The new blood needs to be the votes that puts the leadership in place. Of course they haven't changed that as it keeps the good 'ol boys in charge and fuck the newcomers.
