Water back on, what a mistake. My sense has been since the Mooselimbs have had decades of preparation, that the subterranean defense systems, command detonated massive explosives, semsors, biohazards, surface AP and AT mines, sniper positions, all would make ground force incursions extremely costly. Total blockade, including power, food, water, fuel and extensive use of deep penetration munitions seemed the best tactic.
