A native of Stavropol convicted of involvement in the 'Islamic State'
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[KavkazUzel] A court in Rostov-on-Don convicted Usman Umarov, a native of the Stavropol Territory, on charges of participating in the Islamic State.

Umarov was sentenced by the Southern District Military Court in Rostov-on-Don.

According to the court, Umarov voluntarily joined the Islamic State in July 2022 and was going to commit crimes on his behalf. Umarov's actions were stopped by employees of the regional department of the FSB for the Stavropol Territory, Vesti Stavropol informs on April 7.

The court sentenced Umarov to 10 years and eight months in prison. He will spend three years in prison, the rest of the term in a strict regime colony.

The card on the court's website states that Umarov's case under article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation was submitted to the court in early February. Several times its consideration was postponed until it was considered on 7 April.

Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" wrote that a native of Stavropol, Zamir Muradov, was sentenced to 14 years in prison at the end of March for participating in the "Islamic State."

Security forces confirmed the surrender of Amir Bokov
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[KavkazUzel] Malgobek resident Amir Bokov, suspected of attacking law enforcement officers, was detained, the press service of the FSB department for Ingushetia reported. Bokov came to the police station with his uncle, the security forces informed.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the police of Ingushetia promised three million rubles for assistance in the search for Mikail Moshkhoev, Amir Bokov, Amirkhan Gurazhev and Adam Ozdoev.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, they are involved in both the attack on a traffic police post on the border with North Ossetia on March 27, the shelling of security forces in Malgobek on April 3, and the attempt on security officials in Zyazikov-Yurt on April 5. Today, sources reported that Amir Bokov  surrendered to the security forces .

On the evening of April 5, during a counter-terrorist operation, security forces discovered a group of alleged militants in the village of Zyazikov-Yurt. During the shootout, three police officers were killed, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the republic reported. According to sources, eight more security officials were injured. The alleged militants  managed to escape.

Amir Bokov, one of the wanted residents of Ingushetia, was detained, the press service of the FSB of Ingushetia confirmed. "The operational headquarters in the Republic of Ingushetia, in the course of carrying out operational-search activities as part of a counter-terrorist operation, detained a resident of Malgobek Bokov A.B."

He noted that "according to preliminary data, the detainee is a member of a bandit group involved in the attack on law enforcement officers," the report says.

Bokov came to the police station with his uncle and confessed, the Telegram channel of the National Anti-Terrorist Committee for the Stavropol Territory reported today. The rest of the suspects may be hiding in the forest on the outskirts of the Malgobek district, the report says.

Recall that the security forces put Moshkhoev, Bokov, Gurazhev and Ozdoev on the wanted list after the attack on the traffic police post, along with two other young people, Ramazan Eldiev and Movsar Kottoev. Eldiev was found dead on the morning of March 29, and on April 5, information appeared that   another member of the group, presumably Kottoev, had been found dead.

The losses of security officials during the battle in Zyazikov-Yurt, including three killed and eight wounded,  became the largest  number of casualties in a day among security officials in Ingushetia after August 2012, follows from  the chronicle  of armed incidents in Ingushetia, which has been kept by the "Caucasian Knot" since 2006.

On April 1, teip Bokovykh turned to other Ingush teips and said that he was cooperating with law enforcement agencies in the search for his relative. Before that, the Bokovs used the Internet to call on Amir to return home and searched for him in the forests. Teip Ozdoev appealed to Adam Ozdoev with a call to return home. In turn, Moshkhoev's relatives expelled him from their teip, and Gurazhev's relatives stated that they were not involved in his actions. On April 4, Movsar Kottoev 's father disowned him.

The decision whether to exclude a guilty family member from a teip or limit oneself to censure depends on many factors, including the opinion of the elders, Caucasian scholars interviewed by the "Caucasian Knot" noted, commenting on the reaction of the teips to the search for those suspected of attacking a traffic police post. The position of the teip can greatly affect the life of an outcast, they noted.

Exclusion from the teip cannot be called a formality if a person is a part of the Ingush society, emphasized, in particular, the Ingush human rights activist Magomed Mutsolgov. "This is not an appearance. This is a serious social phenomenon. The Ingush have such a tradition. We live in families, clans. For someone who has refused the teip, this means that he has lost his support. The teip said that we will not maintain any relations with him "Neither kind nor hostile. We will neither rejoice nor grieve for him. This is one of the ways of public influence," Mutsolgov explained.

One killed, 7 wounded in ramming, shooting terror attacks in Tel Aviv
[Jpost] A 36-year-old Italian tourist was murdered and seven more people were injured in a terrorist car-ramming attack along the Tel Aviv promenade on Friday night.

A police officer who was nearby arrived at the scene in Charles Clore Park to find several people wounded and an overturned car near the popular promenade. The officer shot the driver when he tried to pull a gun, police said.

The terrorist was identified as 45-year-old Yousef Abu Jaber, an Israeli citizen from Kafr Kassem.

The man who was killed was identified as Alessandro Parini from Rome. The seven who were wounded, three moderately and four lightly, are British and Italian citizens. Two of them were released on Saturday morning.

Police officer “Y.” who neutralized the terrorist, recounted how the danger hadn’t passed after the terrorist rammed the eight individuals.

“While running I noticed people lying on the boardwalk and on the bike path,” he said. “Inside the dark vehicle, I noticed some movement... the suspect got out of the vehicle holding a weapon. Before he could shoot at us, we fired at him, he fell and tried to get up and aim his weapon, [and] we fired another shot. He fell and the weapon fell from his hands; after that we handcuffed him and called in additional forces.”

According to reports, Abu Jaber used to work as a cleaner at the Shazar Junior High School in Kiryat Ono, where he was well-liked and would laugh with the students.

Ra’am chairman Mansour Abbas said the attack was an aberration for Arab society and Arab citizens in Israel. The Arab leadership, headed by Ra’am and the Islamic movement, “will not accept in any way the use of violence against any citizen regardless of religion or race or nationality.”

Hamas stated that the attack in Tel Aviv as well as the attack in the Jordan Valley on Friday morning “testify to the resistance’s ability to strike Israel anywhere,” and that they are “a natural response to Israel’s crimes against al-Aqsa Mosque and the worshipers inside it.”

2 Israelis killed in West Bank shooting attack

Israel's Magen David Adom rescue service said that two women in their 20s were killed and another woman in her 40s was seriously maimed near the settlement of Hamra in the Jordan Valley. The medics said they pulled the three unconscious women out of their car, which had apparently crashed after a Paleostinian allegedly shot up it from a nearby vehicle. The Israeli military said security forces were searching for the attacker.

Violence has surged to record heights in the West Bank in recent months, with Paleostinian health officials reporting the start of 2023 to be the most deadly for Paleostinians in at least two decades.

Nearly 90 Paleostinians have been killed by Israeli fire in the West Bank since the start of the year, according to an News Agency that Dare Not be Named tally. During that time, 16 people have been killed in Paleostinian attacks on Israelis.

and the Paleostinian territory.

A statement by the Lebanese Army said "a rocket launcher was found armed with rockets that had not been fired yet in the Marjayoun plain" near the Israeli border.

The army said it had dismantled the multiple rocket launcher which it found abandoned in an olive grove. It published pictures on Twitter of the launcher still loaded with six rockets that had not been fired.

On Thursday, the Israeli army said more than 30 rockets had been fired from Lebanese territory into Israel in the largest escalation on the northern border since Israel and Hezbollah fought a 34-day war in 2006.

Israel retaliated at dawn Friday with a barrage of fire on the Tyre region. The Israeli army said it "struck targets including terror infrastructures belonging to the Hamas, one of the armed feet of the Moslem Brüderbund millipede, terrorist organization in southern Lebanon."

It was the first time Israel has confirmed an attack on Lebanese territory since April 2022.

Shells hit a field and damaged a house near the Paleostinian refugee camp of Rashidiyeh, an area from where rockets were fired at Israel.

One shell hit a banana grove in the village of Qlayle, another area from where rockets were fired.

"There are no Hezbollah or Paleostinian military positions here. The Israeli are unleashing their anger on banana groves," Mohsen Mortada, a resident of Qlayle, told AFP.

The Israeli army has blamed Paleostinian forces of Evil for the rocket fire from Lebanon.

"We know for sure it's Paleostinian fire," Lieutenant Colonel Richard Hecht said on Thursday. "It could be Hamas, it could be Islamic Jihad

The latest flare-up of violence comes after Israeli police clashed Wednesday with Paleostinians inside Jerusalem's al-Aqsa mosque -- Islam's third-holiest site.

Death sentence for Iranian accused of killing 7 at protests
[An Nahar] An Iranian court has ordered the execution of a man accused of killing seven people during nationwide protests last year, the judiciary said Friday.

Abbas Kurkuri was accused of using a military weapon to fatally shoot seven people in Izeh, in Khuzestan province, in November, and charged with the capital crimes of "moharebeh", or "war against God" and "corruption on earth", the judiciary's Mizan Online news website reported.

The Islamic republic witnessed several months of civil unrest following the September 16 death of Kurdish Iranian Amini, 22, after her arrest for allegedly flouting Iran's strict dress code for women.

Hundreds of people were killed, including dozens of security personnel, and thousands were arrested in connection with what officials labelled "riots" fomented Iran's enemies.

Kurkuri's sentence can be appealed in the supreme court, Mizan added.

At the burial of one of the shooting victims, identified as 10-year-old Kian Pirfalak, the boy's mother reportedly blamed security forces for killing her son.

At the time of his death, officials insisted the boy was killed in a "terrorist" attack carried out by an Death Eater group.

The judiciary's website added that Kurkuri had "accepted the charges" and confessed to being "under the influence of social media."

Such confessions are frequently condemned by rights groups based outside of Iran
...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both. They hate Jews Zionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol...

Iranian authorities have so far executed four people and issued death sentence
...the barbaric practice of sentencing a murderer to be punished for as long as his/her/its victim is dead...
