HAQQANI’S REMARKS IN KHOST MAY BE AT ODDS WITH SUPREME LEADER – The Minister of the Interior, Sirajuddin Haqqani, spoke to a crowd of several thousand after a graduation ceremony at the Manba Al-Jihad Madrasa.
