Hunter Biden Caught Acting as a Foreign Agent – Email Shows He Discussed Breaking FARA Laws

[Republic Brief] Hunter Biden’s Laptop shows emails where he acted as a Foreign agent and discussed Breaking FARA laws but never registered himself as an agent, and that is illegal.

The Foreign Agents Registration Act is a United States law that imposes public disclosure obligations on persons representing foreign interests.

According to JustSecurity.com: "FARA was enacted in 1938 to combat Nazi and communist propaganda. While ostensibly a transparency statute, in actuality, the Act was used to stigmatize and mire in red tape German propaganda outlets, essentially shutting them down."

FARA was widely an unenforced law until President Donald J. Trump showed renewed interest in enforcing the laws.

Joe Hoft reported recently on how the family of Democrat Joe Biden, and Joe Biden himself have profiteered off of spreading foreign influence and were obviously unconcerned about what Trump’s law enforecement:

#4 Usually the FARA suits are more of a way to destroy a target financially. That would be impossible to do to an artist of Hunter’s caliber. This instance may be the exception to the rule due to Hunter’s raw stupidity of admitting via email to violating FARA. There are so many dodges to get out of being found guilty of a FARA violation that drafting a confession and electronically signing it is about the only way to be found guilty under the statute. If Hunter is Joe’s smartest acquaintance, all the people that Joe knows must be using Tide Pods for teabags. That said, I don’t think any Dem can be convicted of anything in DC unless he or she wears a MAGA hat to court.

#5 Exactly which laws did he violate? Those of a sovereign nation? LOL - yeah no. He violated no laws as those law cited no longer exist. In our current reality, the United States of America has been replaced by the United Nations of America. As such, no illegality here and no punishment following.
