China says Trump's 'Chinese virus' tweet smears China
BEIJING (Reuters) - China’s foreign ministry said on Tuesday that U.S. President Donald Trump’s tweet calling the coronavirus a "Chinese virus" smears China and said Beijing strongly opposes Trump’s usage of the words.

Foreign ministry spokesman Geng Shuang told reporters during a daily briefing that the U.S. should first take care of its own matters.

No one in his right mind - I know, I know; hold your snark for now - nobody in the West can claim now with any credibility that we should make our economy and our national security vulnerable to such a shitty nation.

It is obvious to even the most diehard Trump haters now that that Trump is right. China's leaders wish us only ill and will do anything - including deny an epidemic and brutalize or even kill those of their own citizens who try to do nothing more than tell the truth about that epidemic - if they think it necessary to preserve their spectacularly corrupt rule.

Their lies and barbarism have killed thousands of innocent people around the world and incited panic that is literally bringing global economic and social activity to a halt.

These vicious and stupid individuals - the whole stinking ChiCom apparatus - these criminals are happy to destroy everything we hold dear, our property our loved ones, he'll, our very lives, in order to keep lying and maintain their corrupt and brutal reign.

The ChiComs and no one else caused this global mess.

China-based globalization is in ruins. There is no going back to that foolish policy. China delenda est.

A new era has begun.

#12 I got a call from the local police reminding me that my teaching contract does not end until the end of June, so I should not leave the country. I believe they are acknowledging a huge foreign brain drain is just around the corner. Life basically sucks here now.
