#5 Not sure the B-52 has the type of ATC transponder that the SkyWest Jet's TCAS would have seen. Minot AFB RAPCON would have seen both aircraft and why the did not alert SkyWest is part of the puzzle

#6 Minot TV station WFYR has video taken by an attendee at the nearby ND state fairgrounds. He was there to see the B52 in question fly over the fairgrounds and just happened to pick up a fuzzy image of another aircraft very shortly before the B52 flew over the fairgrounds. Go here to see the video
