#2 Kind of amusing. The worst racist I ever met ran/owned the biggest trading post in Alice Springs Australia. In the Barbarcian Hotel in London UK he would call the waitresses Jigaboos to their face and joke about tricking the native people in Alice Springs to getting minimal payment for the shiny stones (diamonds) they found.
Oz has a lot of self policing it needs to do before policing others.
