#1 The Supreme Court's ruling should put a precipitous halt to the government's over-prosecutorial adventurism of nonviolent offenders whose only crime amounts to misdemeanor trespassing, and consequently vacating the convictions of possibly more than a hundred J6ers.

I don't look for this to happen until the onerous, Deep State facilitator Merrick Garland vacates the DoJ.
