#5 I heard that same Fox report. I find the notion of any central authority agreeing to anything on behalf of the various terrorist groups in Gaza to be suspect. These groups have long histories of engaging in their own private wars with Israel, notwithstanding the position of the central authority.

If one is to believe any central netogiating authority could cause it to end, one would also have to believe the central authority could have prevented it from starting in the first place.
