#3 They are invading. cannot keep them out legally. keep them out physically bullets or chemicals. Since the feds wont protect the border Texas should secede and defend her own birder with help from Louisiana Mississippi, Alabama,Florida and whatever mid-west states want to help. The idea we have of an impartial federal gov't is defunct.
