He told Just the News that Ratcliffe’s report was helpful but that he is personally aware of additional intelligence that shows the conduct of the Obama-era spy agencies was even worse than the public knew.

Nunes has apparently stumbled onto the fact that the DNI is nothing more than a liaison and filter for data going to and from the congress. A totally ineffective organization if not permitted to oversea or manage the Klingon budget.

I'd argue we have the capacity now. Half of Utah is a data center, you know. It's collecting something and I imagine it's global comms plus.

Do the bureaucrats have the will to expose every pedophile? I argue no. I argue that much of our current problems are simply a lack of the Will To Do What Needs To Be Done. Solutions are fairly easy to come to, it is their implications that seems to always be the hang-up.
