#1 ...One thing I've always done - and learned this from flying military transport - is to assume that nothing is going to go off on time. My carryon always has enough snacks, gear AND clothes to last me at least 12-24 hours.

Seeing a lot of sudden issues in Transportation related areas here and there.

Example: A 140+ rail car train in the South Atlanta area was halted for hours yesterday in the Blacksville / McDonough Ga area. Car Traffic was blocked at key crossing all the way down to Locust Grove GA.

I-75 came to a crawl as city street traffic sought alternate escape routes.
