#1 You wanna increase the birth rate? Stop wasting time and money keeping kids in school learning worthless bullshit. High school a complete waste of time and money. College is for smart kids whose families can afford to pay for it. Put the rest of the kids in vocational courses where they can learn marketable job skills and then let them get to work.
