#1 Some staff said that the loss of large contracts - such as a $30 million deal Bath and Body Works p;us also one with Barnes & Noble - caused it to struggle.

Is it because this economy is so damn fire, those contracts couldn't meet their minimum volume obligations?

#2 The truckers will just go somewhere else immediately. The rest of the staff will be in more of a pickle.
