#13 I have a distrust at the absolute evel of my marrow for hereditary politicians. The Kennedies especially have never done much for me. A father who will let part of his daughter's brain be scooped out because she was slow is a monster. John Adams was a great man, John Quincy Adams not so much. Nancy Pelosi's daddy was Mayor of Baltimore. When I lived in Maryland we had Kathleen Kennedy (Townsend) as lieutenant governor, who had she worn a suit it would have been empty.

This is kinda a hot button issue with me. We rebelled against the Brits and became a country to get away from a hereditary system. The Constitution specifically demands citizens renounces hereditary titles and that sort of nonsense. (Of course, it also prohibits a head tax///) Our seediest cities (coincidentally run by Democrats) are rife with nepotism.

The Brits have a system of hereditary monarchs. How many were Alfred the Greats and how many were Spares? How many were Charles I and how many were Elizabeth I?
