Congress Has A Chance To Defund Planned Parenthood. Here's Why The GOP Should Take It |
2025-03-11 |
![]() The last time a GOP trifecta had a chance to help eliminate taxpayers’ roles in the abortion industry’s schemes failed when Republican Sen. John McCain voted against the majority of his party’s plans to undo the fallout caused by Obamacare in 2017. Eight years later, the GOP once again controls the House, Senate, and the White House, which means they are adequately equipped to remedy Republicans’ previous mistake and ensure Planned Parenthood is no longer a multi-million dollar benefactor of tax dollar disbursements. Most members of the red party claim they are pro-life, so they shouldn’t have a problem voting to dismantle the flow of federal funds to the industry responsible for killing countless unborn babies on moral grounds. We All Knew |
2023-04-24 |
[PJMedia] Via Washington Examiner, January 24, 2020: Cindy McCain, the widow of late Sen. John McCain, blasted authorities who were "afraid" to arrest convicted sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein even though everyone "knew" what he was doing. "Epstein was hiding in plain sight," said Cindy McCain. "We all knew about him. We all knew what he was doing, but we had no one that was — no legal aspect that would go after him. They were afraid of him. For whatever reason, they were afraid of him." He had the goods on many, many people. McCain’s comments came after she was questioned by an attendee during her appearance at the State of the World 2020 conference in Florida. McCain said a girl from her daughter’s high school was one of Epstein’s victims and that she hopes Epstein "is in hell." More at the link. |

George Soros' son has visited White House more than a dozen times since Biden took office, records show |
2023-04-09 |
[FoxNews] Alexander Soros has visited the White House at least 14 times since 2021. FOX Business correspondent Kelly O’Grady reports that billionaire George Soros’ son Alex has donated over $5.7 million into Democratic PACs and campaigns since 2018. Alexander Soros, son of liberal billionaire George Soros, has made frequent visits to the White House since President Biden took office in 2021, meeting with top officials on behalf of his 92-year-old father. Soros — who has worked to carry his father's torch as he has assisted with fundraising efforts for the Democratic Party — traveled to the White House at least 14 times since October 2021 and had meetings with multiple officials in 2022, according to White House visitor logs reviewed by Fox News Digital. The logs detailing visits by Soros to the White House were first reported by the New York Post on Saturday and revealed that the billionaire's son made a trip to the White House on December 1, 2022, the day he met with then-Chief of Staff Ron Klain's assistant, Nina Srivastava, who also served on Biden's presidential campaign. That December visit to the White House, according to the Post, took place on the same day a state dinner attended by Alexander Soros was held by the first family to honor French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife, Brigitte. One day later, on December 2 of last year, records showed that Soros had meetings with Mariana Adame, advisor to the counselor to the president, and Deputy National Security Advisor Jonathan Finer. Records showed previous trips to the White House by Soros, who serves as chair of the Open Society Foundations, founded by his father in the 1990s, included earlier 2022 meetings with Adame on Oct. 14, Srivastava on Sept. 14, and Finer on three different occasions (Dec. 15, Oct. 6 and Sept. 15). The updated visitors log also revealed that Soros had meetings at the White House with Kimberly Lang, then a National Security Advisor executive assistant, on October 6, as well as former Klain advisor Madeline Strasser on Oct. 29, 2021, and April 22, 2022. Heritage Foundation Oversight Project director Mike Howell told Fox News Digital that the visits by Alexander Soros to the White House are concerning, as the Soros family "has done incalculable damage to our country." He continued, "The death and destruction of their policies are evident at our borders and in our crime-infested cities. The left is addicted to their money, and they don't even bother hiding it anymore." Alexander Soros' social media accounts document numerous meetings with high-profile leaders from around the world, featuring photos of the liberal billionaire's son with former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and Cindy McCain, who served as the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Agencies for Food and Agriculture from Nov. 2021 to April 2023 and is the widow of the late former Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz. Other photos shared to his Instagram account showed Alexander Soros standing alongside former President Barack Obama, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., and Macron. The Soros family recently came under fire for its involvement in pushing to prominence Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, whose investigations into Trump led to an indictment of the former president last week. Fox News Digital previously reported that in May 2021, George Soros pushed $1 million to the Color of Change PAC, which turned around and spent big, backing Bragg's candidacy. Soros' son Jonathan Soros, and Jonathan's wife, Jennifer Allan Soros, also donated directly to Bragg's campaign, according to New York campaign finance records reviewed by Fox News Digital. Trump's Postmortem Roasting of Powell Could Burn Him in the End By Jack Shafer |
2021-10-20 |
[Newsbreak] Of course Donald Trump rained on the Roman triumph parade the political establishment and the combined houses of major media convened this week to honor the memory and accomplishments of warrior, diplomat and leading citizen Colin Powell on the occasion of his death on Monday. In a classic bit of counterprogramming, Trump took the position that no other prominent commentator wanted to go near. In Trump’s formulation, Powell wasn’t a hero, he was a fool. In one of the "statements" he issues in hopes it will be reposted on Twitter — from which he is permanently banned — and become Topic A in the media, Trump blistered Powell as a "classic RINO" who dragged us into the Iraq war and slagged the press for treating him in death "so beautifully." Trump’s sulfurous elegy worked as designed, as the media chorus united to scold him for violating the no-speaking-ill-about-the-newly-dead conventions of modern manners and meta-analyses, like this one, assembled themselves to explain the former president’s strategy. In Trump’s defense, the graveside broadside was at least consistent with his previous comments on Powell. In 2020, when Powell defected from his Republican Party colleagues to endorse Joe Biden for president, Trump called Powell "a real stiff who was very responsible for getting us into the disastrous Middle East Wars." The only purely naughty thing Trump did was hit somebody who couldn’t hit back. It wasn’t as much a Trumpian low blow as a rabbit punch to a defenseless bunny. If Trump had thought it necessary to justify himself, he could have claimed he was only telling the truth, adopting the position first articulated by I.F. Stone that "funerals are always occasions for pious lying." But neither remaining consistent nor tweaking convention were Trump’s primary objective. After all, nobody needed Trump to remind them that Iraq was Powell’s great failure; it was one he had acknowledged himself. That corrective sentiment could be found in most of the ledes of the obituaries and assessments that came spilling out. The AP even moved a story that dealt exclusively with the special hatred Iraqis still harbor for Powell for his role in pushing the invasion. So the postmortem smear didn’t illuminate Powell. But it did help explain something true about Trump. Without Twitter, without chyron-to-chyron coverage from Fox News and without a pulsing presidential campaign to boost his messages, Trump depends on his shock-jock skills to elbow his way into the public sphere and onto the front page. Wicked mugging like this may look brainy and calculating, but it’s a good bet that, for Trump, swinging wildly when nobody pays attention to him has become his first instinct. Shouting through a megaphone to reach the cheap seats is also a technique he uses in court, too, filing ridiculous lawsuits against Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, to overturn election results or to punish his niece Mary Trump . His grandstanding shouldn’t work after all this time, but it still does. The Powell incident doesn’t mark the first time Trump has dug up a corpse and danced it around to win the spotlight and score a few political points. Trump continued to verbally assault political rival Arizona Republican Sen. John McCain for months after he died in 2018. In 2019, Trump suggested that the former Michigan Democrat Rep. John Dingell, then only 10 months dead, was "looking up" from hell . (Trump was irate about Dingell’s wife, Rep. Debbie Dingell, also a Michigan Democrat supporting the Trump impeachment even though he had approved the lowering of flags for the late member of Congress.) And he’s never been sentimental about America’s war dead. In 2020, the Atlantic ’s Jeffrey Goldberg reported that behind the scenes, Trump called them "losers" and "suckers." Trump seems to intuitively understand that these cheap shots don’t cost him with his base, which applauds his corrosive moxie. Given his history of explosive comments, he has set a baseline expectation for rude conduct that he must exceed to keep his fans entertained and to keep his critics appalled enough to drive his "statements" into the news. Truth be told, he probably didn’t care much one way or the other about Colin Powell, but, seeing the general’s death forming a news wave, he decided to paddle out and ride it to shore in hopes of getting noticed. But the downside for Trump — if downsides exist in Trumpworld — is that as he descends ever lower to hack his way into the news, he will end up sending the equivalent of an audition tape to the social media outlets that have only suspended him (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitch), that they should never let him return. That leaves Trump standing there, smoldering, lacking enough rhetorical fuel to reach political liftoff and waiting for his next countdown. |

Cindy McCain: Arizona election audit is 'ludicrous' |
2021-05-03 |
[The Hill] Cindy McCain on Sunday called the GOP-backed election audit in Arizona "ludicrous." McCain, a "Listen, this whole thing is ludicrous, quite frankly. It's ludicrous. And this also comes from a state party in Arizona that refused to be audited themselves on votes that were cast within their own party communications," Cindy McCain said. "The election is over. [President] Biden won," she added. "I know many of them don't like the outcome, but, you know, elections have consequences. And so ... this does not surprise me, you know, that things are just aloof and crazy out there right now with regards to the election." It was reported in April that the Arizona state Senate had hired a security consulting company, Cyber Ninjas, to head a forensic audit of votes in Maricopa County. Biden won Maricopa County, ultimately flipping Arizona and winning its 11 electoral votes. |

Cindy (RINO) McCain joins Joe Biden transition team advisory board |
2020-11-10 |
![]() As a member of the advisory board, McCain will offer her input while the Democrat's team turns his campaign promises into policies that can be enacted once he takes office, The Wall Street Journal reported. The GOPer ‐ whose late husband served as Arizona senator and party stalwart for more than 30 years before dying of cancer in 2018 ‐ is expected to advise the team on issues affecting women and children, the report said. She is the second Republican to sign on to formally counsel the president-elect's team, joining former Obama administration Veterans Affairs Secretary Bob McDonald on the board. The board recently met for the first time and is expected to meet again in the coming weeks, the report said. The announcement comes after McCain endorsed Biden over President Trump in September, saying he was the only candidate in the race who she believed would "stand up" for American values. She appeared in a video at the Democratic National Committee in August celebrating her husband's unlikely friendship with Biden. On Sunday, she congratulated Biden on his election win and urged Trump to do his part "by conceding in a gracious manner" ‐ as her husband did to Barack Obama, former veep Biden's boss, after overwhelmingly losing to him in the 2008 presidential race. |

The 2016 Soft Coup Unraveling (starring Gina Haspel) |
2020-10-06 |
However, this goes even further. Since the Steele dossier was paid for by Hillary, and the entire approval of investigating the Trump campaign in 2016 came implicitly from Obama and Biden, the corruption involving the infiltration of the 2016 Presidential Campaign was in itself a Soft Coup. Gina Haspel was the head of the London office of the CIA where everything was organized. The FBI needed to fabricate a foreign counterintelligence "event" in order to pretend this operation was legal. It is now Haspel who is refusing to declassify RussiaGate papers because it was her branch in the UK that was operationally the "friendliest" office to pull it off this entire coup. Haspel was deeply involved which runs the risk of this ever rising to the level of treason. Sen. John McCain’s role in this coup explains a lot as to why he said he did not want Trump to speak at his funeral. It was McCain who handed the Steele dossier involving President Donald Trump were revealed in recently unsealed court filings. McCain previously had acknowledged getting a copy of the dossier, which was a compilation of memos written by former British spy Christopher Steele, and delivering it to then-FBI Director James Comey. However, the explosive dossier contained false accusations claiming the Russians had compromising information on Trump, which Comey is still trying to use publicly advising people to vote for Biden. It was David Kramer who is involved with the McCain Institute for International Leadership which should be renamed the Institute for Soft Coups. Kramer was deposed in December 2017 as part of a legal battle waged by a Russian businessman Aleksej Gubarev over BuzzFeed’s publication of the dossier. The judge for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida unsealed the records adding even more interesting aspects to this Soft Coup. This election stands for a lot more than just who will be president. If President Trump is reelected, this might very well begin to DRAIN THE SWAMP. A victory for Biden would guarantee we will never hear another word about this Soft Coup. There is a lot at stake in this election that is so far beyond just the personality of the president. Administration Insiders: Pentagon House Cleaning of Never Trumpers Looms |
2020-02-27 |
[Breitbart] President Trump’s firing of John Rood, the top policy official at the Pentagon, is a sign the agency is not immune from an effort to purge from influential positions across the administration "snakes" who do not support the president, according to four current and former officials. Rood had been on the chopping block for months, but his firing just last week amid a spate of other personnel changes shows that the president is finally ready to clean house at a department that has tried to distance itself from politics, they said. "All of them are getting tossed," a senior administration official told Breitbart News. "You’re either on the team or you’re out, everywhere." Political appointees like Rood serve the administration and at the president’s prerogative. However, it was well-known at the Pentagon and beyond that Rood was not a supporter of the president. remember, though: "a department that has tried to distance itself from politics" "Plenty of people from the transition and at the National Security Council knew Rood was not playing on the same team as the president when it came to policy or personnel," a defense official told Breitbart News after his firing. "Complaints have made it to the highest levels at the White House for awhile now." At at least two meetings he held for staff, Rood spoke profusely and glowingly about the late Sen. John McCain, but did not once mention the president, according to the defense official. Cindy McCain admits ‘we all knew' about Epstein |
2020-01-26 |
"Epstein was hiding in plain sight," said Cindy McCain. "We all knew about him. We all knew what he was doing, but we had no one that was ‐ no legal aspect that would go after him. They were afraid of him. For whatever reason, they were afraid of him." McCain's comments came after she was questioned by an attendee during her appearance at the State of the World 2020 conference in Florida. McCain said a girl from her daughter's high school was one of Epstein's victims and that she hopes Epstein "is in hell." Epstein's massive wealth and his connections to powerful politicians and celebrities allowed him to continue trafficking young women and girls long after many had exposed his devious interests. Dr. Barbara Sampson, the New York City medical examiner, said Epstein died by suicide at a Manhattan federal detention facility last August. His death and the circumstances surrounding it have created controversy after the former medical examiner of New York, Dr. Michael Baden, told 60 Minutes that he believes Epstein was murdered. Cameras from outside Epstein's jail cell failed to record footage on the night of his death, and guards who were supposed to monitor him every 30 minutes fell asleep when the former financier died. |
