Minnesota nurse facing federal charges for allegedly grabbing flight attendant's crotch

[Independent] A 64-year-old licensed practical nurse is facing federal charges after she allegedly grabbed a flight attendant’s genitalia while traveling from Las Vegas to North Dakota.

Jody Lynn Sherry-Berg was arrested Tuesday on one count of interference with flight crew members, according to federal court documents reviewed by The Independent.

The altercation occurred January 16 aboard an Allegiant Air flight from Harry Reid International Airport to Grand Forks International Airport, states an indictment unsealed April 8 in Minnesota federal court.

We know from the Bret Baier interview with Hillary Clinton that she was physically located at her 7th floor office in Washington DC on the night of the attack 9/11/12.

Unfortunately, we also know during the November 2012 Thanksgiving holiday a mysterious fire took place in that building. Well, actually directly above her exact office – cause undetermined.

A “fire” which preceded an unfortunate slip and fall for the Secretary, resulting in a concussion, which led to the discovery of a blood clot, that ultimately delayed her congressional testimony before a Senate Hearing into the events of the night in question.

We know the Libyan uprising began on February 10th of 2011, and we also know that sometime around the end of February 2011 President Obama signed a presidential directive authorizing the State Dept and CIA to begin a covert operation to arm the Libyan “rebels”.

We also know of a Second Presidential Finding Memo authorizing additional CIA covert action in 2012, this time in Syria. However, unlike the 2011 Libyan operation, we do not know the operational name of the second action in 2012 (Syria).

We know the Libyan “rebels” were positioned in two strategic places. Benghazi, and the port city of Darnah, both located in Northeastern Libya.

We know this 2011 Libyan covert operation came to be known as “Operation Zero Footprint“. We know Secretary Clinton and CIA head Panetta were the primary sponsors for the joint State Dept./CIA approach; and we know that specifically because of a U.N. Security Council resolution (unattended by Ambassador Susan Rice) the operation fell under the military command authority of NATO not (important to repeat), NOT, the U.S. Military.

We know by the time operation “Zero Footprint” began, AFRICOM commander General Carter Ham was removed from OPSEC oversight in the Libyan campaign, and NATO commander Admiral James G. Stavridis was in charge.

Stavridis was the Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR) at the time of the Libyan uprising. He retired as SACEUR in 2013

In 2011, 57-year-old Stavridis was the perfect pick for NATO Libyan intervention considering he is the son of Turkish immigrants. Turkey played a key role in what might be the most politically dangerous aspect of the events to the White House once the goals changed to redirection of the weapons from Operation Zero Footprint.

We know Operation Zero Footprint was the covert transfer of weapons from the U.S to the Libyan “rebels”. We also know the operation avoided the concerns with congressional funding, and potential for public scrutiny, through financing by the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

We also know that officials within the government of Qatar served as the intermediaries for the actual transfer of the weapons, thereby removing the footprint of the U.S. intervention.

We know the entire operation was coordinated and controlled by the State Department and CIA. We also know (from the Senate Foreign Relations Benghazi hearings) that “Zero Footprint” was unknown to the 2011 Pentagon, and/or DoD commanders who would have been tasked with any military response to the 9/11/12 attack – namely AFRICOM General Carter Ham.

However, it would be implausible to think that then Defense Secretary Bob Gates or Joint Chiefs Chair Admiral McMullen were completely unaware of the operation. Even today, despite the numerous hearings and reports, this aspect remains murky.

Both Defense Secretary Gates and Joint Chiefs Chair McMullen were in place when Operation Zero Footprint began. However, both retired from their jobs in Sept of 2011, and were replaced by Leon Panetta and Martin Dempsey respectively.

Leon Panetta was CIA Director at the beginning of Operation Zero Footprint (March 2011) and was replaced by CIA Director David Petraeus in the fall of 2011 as Panetta replaced Bob Gates and became Secretary of Defense.

However, Panetta (now as Def Sec) and JC Martin Dempsey were the two who initially briefed President Obama on the night of Sept 11th 2012. This is an important fact to remember – because of his previous CIA role in constructing Zero Footprint, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta definitely had knowledge of the intents of the joint State Dept/CIA mission in Benghazi, Martin Dempsey may not have.

We know the White House appears to have followed “The Intelligence Oversight Act of 1980” in informing the congressional “Gang of Eight” of Zero Footprint.

The Gang of Eight in 2011 would have included: Speaker – John Boehner, Minority Leader – Nancy Pelosi; House Permanent Select Committee on Intel Chairman – Mike Rogers, and his Democrat counterpart Charles Ruppersberger; Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid; along with Senate Intel Chair Diane Feinstein and her Republican counterpart, Saxby Chambliss.

From Hillary interviews we also know the White House liaison for Secretary Clinton and CIA Director Leon Panetta during Operation Zero Footprint was National Security Advisor To the President, Tom Donilon.

With this information we can assemble a cast of people “IN THE KNOW” of Operation Zero Footprint on two specific date blocks. March 2011 through Pre 9/11/12 attack – and – Post 9/11/12 attack forward.

Air Force One was flying so fast that I was shaking in my seat.

Less than 30 minutes ago, my colleagues in the White House press corps and I had received word – just before the rest of the world – that President Biden had been diagnosed with COVID.

Now we were joining him on a mad rush back from Las Vegas to the Bidens' Rehoboth Beach getaway in Delaware.

Moments after fastening my seatbelt, the massive engines of the presidential Boeing 747 roared to life.

The flight attendants, in their custom blue uniforms, stumbled in the aisles as the jet's nose pointed skyward.

Tray tables shook. Reporters held up their water glasses so they wouldn't spill.

Most concerning, though, was that we had no idea what was going on.

For security reasons, there is no Wi-Fi on Air Force One, so we were cut off from the outside world.

A doctor always travels with the President, but no word came on the type of care he was receiving or how ill he was.

Twice, we asked White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, who was also onboard, to give us an update on Biden's condition.

Twice, we were denied.

Even if she had spoken to us, there would have been no way to know what was coming.

That the president wouldn't be seen again in public for nearly a week.

And that in less than four days' time, his 52-year career in politics would come to a dramatic end.

After all, Biden's week had begun on a high note.

On Monday, July 15, despite escalating calls from within the Democratic party for the president to quit the 2024 race, he appeared to be in a jovial mood when he arrived in the afternoon at Joint Base Andrews, outside of Washington DC.

I was standing with the press pool – reporters from more than a dozen media organizations – waiting for him on the tarmac.

A good deal more bosom-heaving description of each minute of the day, but the upshot is that they let the unmasked, visibly unhealthy, known-to-be Covid-ridden president meet’n’greet the customers at a Mexican restaurant before rushing back to the White House. Then:

The motorcade raced through empty streets, sirens blaring and lights flashing.

'Just go,' we called out to our driver as we arrived at Harry Reid International Airport. We all pushed our way out of the van and ran to get close to Air Force One.

The Secret Service held us back as Biden stepped out of the Beast, six staff and agents forming a circle around him.

'How are you feeling, sir?' we yelled.

He gave a thumbs-up: 'I feel good!'

But as he walked slowly towards the plane, we knew that wasn't the case.

The president inched up the shortened gangway — built-in stairs near the front of the plane that he's been using instead of the traditional, longer staircase for more than a year now.

Once he was on board, we reporters rushed to find our seats in the back of the plane.

And nearly from the moment we lifted off the runway, the fuselage began to shake.

It's not entirely uncommon for Air Force One pilots to drop the hammer. President Trump routinely asked his crew to cut down flight times by going faster. But this break-neck speed was unusual for President Biden.

The normal flight time from Vegas to Delaware is around four and a half hours. We made the trip in three hours and 48 minutes. Our destination was Dover Air Force Base — the closest suitable airport to Biden's Rehoboth home.

Touching down, we rushed into position once more on the tarmac to watch the president deplane. And as the steps of Air Force One were lowered, we waited anxiously under the wing.

He began his exit at 10:29pm (EST), still looking pale and frail. He stepped down gingerly, then paused and waved. Half way down, and for a few seconds, he stared off into space, until a Secret Service agent gently tapped his shoulder.

The touch seemed to rouse him and he continued down, appearing so unsteady that I was worried he would fall. But he sluggishly made it to his SUV and shakily climbed inside for the hour-long ride to Rehoboth.

Nevada Officials Asked to Remove Residents Registered to Vote at Commercial Businesses

[Breitbart] The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) is asking Clark County, Nevada, election officials to remove registrants from its voter rolls who are registered to vote at strip clubs, casinos, Harry Reid International Airport, smoke shops, gas stations, and other commercial businesses, Breitbart News has exclusively learned.

On Monday, lawyers with PILF sent a letter — reviewed exclusively by Breitbart News — to Clark County Registrar Lorena Portillo urging her to remove registrants who list commercial real estate as their primary address on their voter registration.

“In our analysis of Nevada’s statewide voter list dated April 9, 2024, we identified numerous addresses listed as residential that appeared to be commercial buildings where no one resides,” PILF lawyers state, asking that a clean-up of Clark County voter rolls be conducted by June 17.

Among the seemingly faulty voter registrations listed by PILF lawyers are those where registrants listed Larry Flynt’s Hustler Club, a 7-Eleven, a Nevada-based gas station, Chavelo’s Mexican Bar and Grill, Harry Reid International Airport, and a Mini Mart and Smoke Shop, among others, as their primary addresses.

Accurate addresses on voter registrations are especially critical in Clark County because election officials mail out ballots to every registered voter to the address listed on their registration — regardless of whether they have requested a ballot or not.

In October 2020, as Breitbart News reported, PILF lawyers released video footage showing various commercial real estate properties that registrants had listed as their primary addresses for voting purposes.

Last month, PILF lawyers filed suit in Washoe County, Nevada, demanding election officials there clean up voter rolls to ensure that registrants with commercial real estate listed as their primary address are corrected or purged.

“For years Nevada election officials have ignored hard evidence of commercial addresses on the voter roll,” PILF President J. Christian Adams said of the lawsuit.

“We are asking the court to force Nevada election officials to investigate and resolve any improper commercial addresses on the voter roll,” Adams said. “Nevada must have accurate voter rolls. Otherwise, some of these liquor stores and tattoo parlors will receive ballots in the mail.”

Buttigieg says DOT investigating why Delta Air Lines passengers remained on plane in extreme heat

[FoxBusiness] Passengers on Delta flight sat on Harry Reid International Airport tarmac as temperatures climbed above 100 degrees

Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg said the department is investigating why Delta Air Lines passengers in Las Vegas remained on board a plane that sat on the tarmac in extreme heat.

"The reports are shocking and we are investigating, I want to know how it was possible for passengers to be left in triple-digit heat onboard an aircraft for that long. Even at normal temperatures a tarmac delay is not supposed to go that long and we have rules about that, which we are actively enforcing right now," Buttigieg said Friday in a statement to FOX Business.

The plane reportedly sat on the tarmac for hours on Monday.

During tarmac delays, the Transportation Department says airlines must provide comfortable cabin temperatures and begin moving the plane within three hours of a delayed domestic flight to a location where passengers can exit.

The department said that it would hold the airline accountable for any violations.

Delta Air Lines said in a statement that it was investigating the cause of the situation.

"We apologize for the experience our customers had on flight 555 from Las Vegas to Atlanta on July 17, which ultimately resulted in a flight cancellation," the airline said Tuesday in a statement to FOX Business. "Delta teams are looking into the circumstances that led to uncomfortable temperatures inside the cabin and we appreciate the efforts of our people and first responders at Harry Reid International."

Fox News field producer Krista Garvin was on board the flight, which had been taxiing behind more than a dozen others.

Passengers were waiting in 111º F heat with no air conditioning when the pilot announced the plane had to return to the gate due to multiple emergencies, she said.

Flight attendants were seen running up and down the aisles with oxygen tanks. Multiple passengers had passed out and some had soiled themselves. The pilot instructed passengers to "hit your call button if you’re having a medical emergency."

A flight attendant and a passenger were transported to a local hospital.

Passengers were then given a choice to leave the plane, according to Garvin, but were told that if they did, it may take days to get another flight to Atlanta. Many passengers chose to stay on the plane, Garvin said, but temperatures inside began to rise again.

Temperatures at the airport fluctuated between 111 and 115 degrees on Monday afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.

After four hours, Garvin said stretchers were wheeled onto the plane, and passengers were asked to disembark back into the airport.

The flight was moved to 7 a.m. on Tuesday, but passengers learned it was canceled again.

Customers also received apologies directly as well as compensation.

Delta also said the time of initial departure until the flight was canceled was just over three hours, but the airline noted the plane did make at least one gate return due to heat-related weight and balance issues.

Delta Air Lines did not immediately respond to FOX Business' requests for comment on Friday.

Non-binary ex-Biden nuclear official Sam Brinton arrested for being 'fugitive from justice'

[NYPOST] The former Biden administration nuclear official who was axed late last year after they were caught red-handed in a string of luggage thefts was arrested at home this week, police confirmed.

Samuel Brinton, 35, was taken into custody at their home in Rockville, Maryland, at 10 p.m. Wednesday, the Montgomery Country Police Department told The Post Thursday.

Brinton is currently in jug pending charges of Grand Larceny stemming from allegations of stolen property at Ronald Reagan National Airport that the department learned of in Feb. 2023, the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Police said.

A lawyer for Tanzanian fashion designer Asya Khamsin later told The Post the charges are related to her missing suitcase.

Arrest records show that Brinton — who is non-binary and uses they pronouns — was arrested on the 700 block of College Parkway as a runaway from justice.

"They are being held at the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit on a no-bond status as they await an extradition hearing," an MCPD spokesperson explained.

The investigation is being spearheaded by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Police.

Someone claiming to be a neighbor of Brinton and Reike told the Daily Wire on Thursday that "four unmarked police showed up" at their residence last night and escorted Brinton away in handcuffs an hour later.

News of Brinton’s alleged arrest comes one month after they pleaded no contest to charges stemming from the theft of a woman’s luggage at Las Vegas’ Harry Reid International Airport in July 2022.

Whistleblower claims Biden Crime family part of a gambling venture in Latin America

[MAIL] Joe Biden was involved in his son Hunter's foreign business deals while he was Vice President, a new whistleblower with direct knowledge claims.

The whistleblower has identified themselves to Senate investigators but asked to remain anonymous for fear of reprisals.

The informant says they were party to a 2012 conference call involving then-VP Joe, Hunter, 52, his business partner Jeff Cooper, 53, late Senate majority leader Harry Reid and his son Key Reid, 48, who was also in business with Hunter.

The Spring 2012 call was about Hunter, Key and Jeff's new venture into online gambling in Latin America, the whistleblower said, adding that Joe was active on the call discussing details of the business, and appeared to be involved as a 'silent partner'.

'He wasn't passive, he was talking about it. If I had to describe him, he was like a member of the Board of Directors,' the source said.

In a statement to DailyMail.com, Cooper denied ever having a call about any of his companies with the president or late senator saying it was a 'complete fabrication'.

During his 4-year presidency, President Trump nominated (and confirmed) three SC justices — Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett. All three are pro-life, pro-Second Amendment but more importantly, pro-Constitution as it’s written. Last week was the culmination of Trump’s presidency. How so? Roe was overturned, ~~child sacrifice~~ abortion was sent back to the states, the federal bureaucracy was reeled in, Rights guaranteed by the 2nd Amendment were strengthened, and the SC confirmed that religious freedoms cannot be denied.

Bravo to President Trump who continues winning. To be fair, give credit where credit is due. Others helped him with his SC nominations and confirmations. Most credit goes to Trump, to the pro-life movement and a few Reps. However,

He did so because Obama was having trouble getting several federal justices confirmed, as Republicans threatened to filibuster those nominees. Reid “enriched himself and his family,” Schweizer said on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily with host Alex Marlow, “but you’ve got to give him credit. He had staying power. He had enemies in Washington, DC, but he always seems to overcome them and win.”

[American Thinker] Speaking of grifters, our society, our culture that benefits everyone is not just threatened from outside our borders, it is, at the very least, not protected by our "betters." These people not only do not have our welfare at heart, they despise us, and they despise us so much they don’t mind telling us — consider Hilary Clinton’s "deplorables" description or Harry Reid’s comments about being able to smell tourists to D.C. As for those who believe that Bill Clinton really "feels your pain," I see no evidence of that other than big talk. In fact, most politicians are complicit with those that benefit the most and are affected the least by the current open-border policies that are undermining our way of life.

It has already started, but where the tipping point is in this process, I do not know. There is a tipping point, however, and there will be an economic and societal collapse that no regular folks will survive intact if unchecked, unvetted immigration overwhelms and eradicates the culture that has led to the freedom and prosperity that we thoughtlessly take for granted today.
